Lee is a disaster to deal with, and their product completely ruined a set of doors and a job site experience for my most high valued client. The masking liquid literally never came off after following product data sheets to a tee. I am happy to potentially remove this review if they can respond to my settlement claim, but right now I am irate at their product and Lee. It caused $2000 in un needed labour, $7000 held back from the client, and a high valued relationship. He has the audacity to say it wasn’t a failure. As a former product rep in a large company and veteran of the painting industry, this was a failure. Shame on you Lee, I will continue to reach out until you can take some responsibility. Your product nearly sunk my business.

I bought the Masking Liquid H20 product, applied the product on the windows, painted the windows and the next day when I was removing the product, some windows began to crack and the glass exploded. The first day 3 were damaged, the next day another was damaged and three days later 2 more were damaged. From Sherwin Williams they made a report, they contacted this company, the supervisor did not respond, then I called directly and explained the situation. They agreed to call me back during the day, which was not the case. Two days passed and I called them again, they said that your product never presented that problem, your response was that I should not have paid the damage to the windows to the owner of the house, that I should have left and that the owner should resolve it with the insurance of the house, it is the most unprofessional response and a lack of respect on the part of these people. They say they have been in the market for 30 years but they are nothing professional and responsible! The woman who answered the call told me that if I wanted them to pay for something I had to FIX myself with their insurance company! They have no type of responsibility and are not professionals. It is the worst experience I have ever had complaining about a problem! Fatal attention, disrespectful to other people's property. Incentivizing me to leave the windows damaged and pay nothing! And using the excuse that there have been storms in the Windermere area and perhaps the windows were weakened. They are disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional. Be very careful with these types of companies! Everything is very bad!!!!!
