Estimation was fast and accurate. Pickup communication was good. Delivery communication - from notice to storage facility and then to shuttle needs to be improved - lack of feedback to customer. From shuttle to delivery was good. There was bad damage to bookshelves - not properly strapped - and twisting destroyed completely two tall bookshelves. Although packed by movers there were two items broken (china dish, frame holder) in a box that showed external corner compression. Insurance claim was promptly (paid for $0 deductible) paid out.

Excellent workers (Tim and Garth), long day and difficult stairwell and they managed it well. Noticed Tim was teaching Garth much of the time, both maintained efficiency and worked diligently.
