I ordered from home Depot and Estes was the final mile delivery agent and I can't stress enough how the delivery process went so smoothly! THYFFANY at the office kept me notified as to when they receive it, the time frame and my special delivery instructions. THYFFANY was very patient with me and my urgency to receive my freight!

If I could give 0 I would. Jose Perez, the office supervisor is seriously horrible.Please avoid this company. I bought a bed and this happened to be their delivery company.First, very little info on trackingOne random day I get an email saying my bed is going to get delivered without anyone ever contacting me for delivery options. I obviously couldn’t receive it as I have to reschedule service elevator and provide with insurances as most apartment buildings in Miami.No big deal, I rescheduled for next week. The delivery day comes and I email them asking for ETA to which I received an email saying they didn’t have a driver to perform delivery, after I emailed them and they didn’t even bother to tell me that.Annoying but okay, things happen. I reschedule again. They email me the day before delivery at 3pm saying they don’t have the authorization for white glove service which I paid for. At this point it sounds like they’re trying to scam me for extra money because none of the other delivery attempts they said they don’t have that. I go back and forth emailing, calling which they should have done. I had 2 hours before their office close to figure it out and no luck. So I have to reschedule again. No effort from their side, 0. After talking to someone above office supervisor, still nothing could have been done. Useless, seriously.Save your time and do business with someone else. Horrible customer service.

Wish i can give 0 Stars, i got a Vanity from Home depot , the first time this company came out to deliver they left the vanity there , didn't even wait to see if product was damage, to my luck the thing was completely destroyed , i had to wait days for them to send someone to pick it up. I re order the vanity thru home depot a second time, then again this company was the one delivering , the driver gets there alone , tells me he won't be able to bring it in because he has no help so we reschedule for the next day, they show up and this time 2 guys, they started unboxing and again the Vanity is damaged. So they take it back, then again i reorder the vanity, so a week and half later they come back, this driver refused to try and bring the vanity in, he raised his voice at me, called me names and asked to fight him outside also pulled a knife on me, I called the company and the manager is always busy and won't even return my call.

These people are horrible they never answer the phone. Been waiting for half an hour to get a live person. Three delivery confirmations for delivery from Home Depot and still nothi was promised delivery 12/1 now it's 12/3 because they need to get delivery in the house. Leaving abs review until I get my delivery
