Driver lied and claimed nobody was home two days in a row but I work from home and had a contractor working on the front porch. However their website shows they didn’t even bother to attempt it and took it back to the hub in the early afternoon. Today they didn’t even bother putting it on the truck. They won’t respond to the corporate inquiry.

FedEx is the worst shipping company and I’m not sure how they are still in business. Their delivery drivers suck when it comes to following instructions. I have a FedEx account with notes regarding access to the building and they still don’t try to follow simple instructions. They even have my number and don’t ever attempt to contact me for help. I’ve been waiting on a package to be delivered since June 16th today it’s June 26th and still have not received the package. No updates have been made to the status since 4 days ago. Just horrible customer service. It’s so frustrating.

OK job good pay and benefits but nothing in the long run. no short term or long term disability benefits. Don't get hurt you only have workers comp protecting you.

1 STAR only because zero isn't an option. Yes, they're that bad. Had 3 pallets to deliver to a job and 3 different times they failed to deliver to the customer. He experinced same thing from other vendors shipping to this customer that had to use this terminal. They just don't care!

Dock supervisor or dispatcher made me wait for over two hours while the drivers were doing nothing. Waited till the next shift to get the trailer with the freight so I can get my skid. Just didn’t care a was waiting. The warehouse personal want to work and take care of customers but supervisors really don’t let them . Will try another freight company next time.
