We switched over from Amerigas, where every ask was a problem and a reason for extra fees. we found Ferrell to be solution-oriented, get-it-done-right people. particularly their tech Jed Cook in Coral Gables-Pinecrest. I called Ferrell gas on Thursday for the very first time, received great customer service, and my above ground lp tank got filled the next day. Excellent customer service and delivery, I will keep using Ferrell gas in the future.
