They are scammers, they give you a supposed 6-month warranty if the part is damaged sooner and they look for a thousand excuses not to replace the damaged part.

So far, so great I showed up with my drive shaft within the hour of calling them. I was greeted in a really friendly way by Jack the third and William they put my driveshaft on the machine right away and gave me a report really quickly cannot ask for better service.

Excellent! Talk to Jorge, bi-lingual. A little pricey, but if they don't have what you need, they will build it. Been doing business with them since 1994.

3 visits and $8700 later transmission still grinds. Everytime I tried to bring it back they just charged more and more money. I have no faith in these guys at all.

No words regarding this company!!!!
I bought a radiator 5 months ago and it was defective, I took it back to the store for the warranty and they told me that they had 30 days to give me another one or refund my money. And as I told you, it's been 5 months and they still haven't returned my money. I go to the store every month and the sellers only tell me that they have not yet responded to my return. I hope someone is interested in my problem and helps me with the solution.

I have a 25-year-old truck that's hard to find parts for. Jorge found the part I needed in North Dakota at a good price and got it for me pretty quick. They really take care of their customers.

They could improve by getting better customer service. I took some driveshafts in to get one extended and one shortened, when I got them back, the rear was the same size and the fron was longer when it should have been shortened. Then when I asked for them to fix it or give us a refund, they said no, because they changed a part that didnt need changing to begin with, without my consent might I add. Then they had the balls to tell me they'd charge me another $300+ for the labor that had to be done to begin with.
