Miami Crate build a crate for my motorcycle in it, and my motorcycle arrived at my house scratched. The straps they put inside were loose. The plywood was of poor quality. I don't recommend this company. They claim low prices, but what they make is useless. waste of time

I hire Miami Crate to build a crate of 8,000 pounds, and they made a base with 2x4 wood instead of 4x4. When loading, the base got damaged. I called Mrs. Aidachi, and she told me I should have told her I wanted 4x4 for the base. How is it possible that a crate company doesn’t know what kind of wood is needed for the weight? That's why they gave me a lower price. I asked them to fix the base, and they said no. Also, this lady yelled at me over the phone when they were at fault. I do not recommend this company to anyone; they make you believe they have good quality, but they don’t use the right materials, and the customer service from that lady was terrible. Don’t be fooled by their quality and price because what they provide is useless. Later, I found out that the original owner had sold this company to them; they are not the original owners.

I cannot recommend Miami Crate Inc. enough. Sandy Corzo was extremely helpful from start to finish. I was buying a dirt bike for my son for his birthday from a private seller in Florida while being located in the US Virgin Islands. Not only did Sandy go beyond their usual delivery distance to pick up and delivery the bike for me but he also went above and beyond by assisting me with the sale with the seller. The level of communication was top tier; I could always get ahold of Sandy when needed and he kept me informed every step of the process. The quality of the crate him and his team built is also top tier. Additionally the promptness of delivery was 10/10. The bike was picked up and delivered before noon the next day. I can’t thank Sandy and everyone at Miami crate Inc enough!!!!!
