I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. “I have been going next door to Alonso Transmission for several years and I asked them to inspect a Nissan that had been parked for years and advise, as I want to give it to my daughter. Ralph took me next door to Betancourt shop and introduced me to James. James was excellent to work with. The car was riding rough all around and James advised taking care of the brakes, struts and shocks immediately and consider the mounts to stop the vibration later. I did everything but the mounts and drove it around and decided the mounts were worthwhile. What a difference. I have been driving it all over town and it runs great. I appreciate James listening to my concerns and getting the car running smoothly. Andre is courteous and makes a point of smiling. Ralph has always treated me and my cars well and his guys are a pleasure to work with.”

They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and topped off the coolant. Thankfully, my car has been running perfectly ever since.
