“Yesterday, I went to the Sherwin Williams store on Coral Way hoping to find someone that would help me match a color that I had bought years ago at another Sherwin Williams store. I was extremely lucky to meet there, Jesus Suarez, who was very kind, patient and helpful; right away he went into their system, year after year until he was able to find the exact order for the color I was looking for from over 6 years ago....having said that, I totally recommend this store specially if you deal with Jesus Suarez who, definitely knows his work very well and goes above and beyond to help and please his customers. “I had an excellent experience with this store and the staff. I came in not really knowing exactly what I needed. I knew I wanted high quality paint that will last a long time and be easy to maintain. After a free consultation with the manager he thoroughly explained the steps needed to prep for painting and the differences in paint qualities and finishes. I ultimately decided on the satin “permanizer” line (which they matched and mix quickly and and correctly.) I must say I am very happy with the color and the finish. It was easy to lay, and provided excellent coverage from the first coat. All in all I got top notch professional service from these guys and premium paint that I can feel will last many years. “My experience with NAPA Hialeah was better than expected.
I was just past the entrance door when I was greeted kindly- in English then Spanish making me feel surprisingly welcome. I said- I need front brake pads for my truck- took 12 seconds and said “I have good at this much; better this much and best this much”. “Good and better I have here now.” I replied, “get me the middle”.
I paid and was on my way in under 5 minutes.
This spot is deceiving because Hialeah is a city that has congestion. However- the shopping center this Napa is located in has a lot of quick in and out movement of cars. It looked full when I pulled up- and just waited for someone to back out and I pulled in right away. The shop is about 15’ from the actual parking area.
I trust Napa Auto parts as they have never let me down. They’re knowledgeable and helpful. And this is the experience I’ve had with many Napa stores.”
