I was the driver for the company and let me tell you that the company pays really good for your compensation while you work with them, but one thing about this company is that they’ll sit there and preach that their family oriented and they care about their employees, which is a false statement, they do not care about the employees they care more about the customers that they’re providing the work to and the slightest mishap that you have they will railroad you lay you off or fire you Because of it my overall experience I had a great work manager the manager was top-notch but Harley Davison contract or any contract with the company the moment you mess up or have a misunderstanding they will let you go and not care about anything in the world. This company tries themselves on worst ethics and family values, but they do not honor our family values at all their main adjective and goal is for the customer not you and they will ask you to work different contracts When work is slow and you will get compensated but the moment you mess up, they throw you in the trash like you was garbage

I was injured by a Ryder company truck. They fled when they hit my car without giving information or providing help. The police report was made. But the company has not given the pertinent information. It has been very difficult to contact them. Since they send me to different contacts. I understand that their trucks have a route and information that they have not wanted to provide. It is a breach of morality to hide information of this type and this company is doing it.

I've been with Ryder since 2016 working on the most dangerous roads in America out of the Midland yard for Chevron. There's employees here who have been with the company over 20 years and they can't even give a miserable 50 cent raise. All they get for their hard work and loyalty are some cheap made in China coffee cups and other cheap made in China key chains with the Ryder logo. To top it off they drug tested the senior drivers every other week for two months in a row last year. This looks real bad on Ryder. When I first started they paid us a $50 a month cell phone stipend automatically every month. Now you have to submit for it and if you forget they don't pay you. They used to pay us 40 hours a week. Now they don't even pay us standby time. They just expect us to be available without pay. Seems to me all Ryder cares about now is making share holders happy with stock buybacks. Meanwhile the senior employees are starting to leave by the handful. Now the new guys they hire are nothing but problematic and end up quitting after only a week to a month on the job. All I gotta say is good luck Ryder. Treating your senior drivers like this is a recipe for disaster.

THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR HANADS DOWN THEY PAY HUB MILES SOME ACCOUNTS THEY PUT YOU IN A HOTEL EVERY SINGLE WEEK THEY PAY THERE DRIVERS AT THE END OF THE YEAR RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS BONUS CHECK ALSO SIGN ON BONUS ARE REAL I WAS DOWN 2 days THEY PAID $250 a day FOR A TOTAL OF $500 MATT & CORY OUT OF SPRINGFIELDS HEALTH TRUST ACCOUNT are hands DOWN THE BEST FLEET MANAGERS I EVER HAD & I PLAN ON GOING BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE THIS COMPANY IS NO JOKE THEY ARE WAY UNDERRATED AND & HUDGE FUND TRYED BUYING THEM OUT LIKE LAST YEAR BUT THEY WHERE WORTH WAY MORE THEN THEY KNOW AND THEY COULD NOT BUY THEM LOL 😂

Ryder does not stand by their vehicles. Check engine light and DEF light came on within 20 mi. They then proceeded to keep the truck for repairs for over 3 weeks of the 30-day warranty. I got the truck back and within 500 mi over a week and a half the same problem showed up. Except now they refuse to fix it correctly after saying they would warranty the repair.( But apparently not 35 days after purchase) My mechanic is quoting me $8,000 to fix what they refuse to fix. On top of all that the warranty department will stop responding to you the moment You go over 30 days. Don't trust them. Don't trust them at all. Even their mechanics were saying this happens all the time.
Oh and forget about asking a truck rental company like Ryder for a rental after your truck breaks down leaving the lot. They have no problem with you making post like this and renting from Penske. I refuse to do business with Ryder in any capacity ever again.
Do you know what you get for buying from Ryder? ...Over $5,000 of Penske rentals in the first month and a half

I was excited to find the “perfect” vehicle to purchase from Ryder. I see them everywhere and even on the Tv talking about their awesome reputation. Well, a month after purchase, I still don’t have my truck. Excuses and incompetence at every turn. I honestly am shocked at the complete lack of urgency and customer service now that they have their money. Not sure if I need to get a lawyer involved or what - be BEWARE, THEY DONT CARE!!

Not just Poor but swindling after sale support. So, you buy a so called DOT verified truck with 15 days warranty. Then you call to claim it with issues such as say (1) Aftertreatment (that was never replaced) inspire of manufacturer’s requirement to replace it every 500k miles, (2) say, oil leak, (3) APU not operating, (4) Airbags leaking etc, and something less critical say (1) Key not locking the door, (2) or weak battery. So, (1) first they will tell you that they can’t schedule it fast, it’ll take a week or two to schedule, after (2) they will tell you that your big issues will take 4 weeks to repair. After a few follow up you’ll get email scheduling you to a service that includes, lock issue, weak battery, and might be oil leak. They do all that - to convince you to self repair your truck, because they understand you can’t afford spending 4 weeks in their shop and stay out of business. Hence, their so called warranty is technically there, but due to swindling attitude towards that responsibility, realistically you’ll get nothing, until you self repair the issues. Swindling Business at it’s core. Unfortunately, it seems that the whole business control system is weak, if companies like Ryder so easy manipulate with it.

WE HAVE HAD THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE WHILE WE WERE LEASING TRUCKS FROM THEM. THE WHOLE TEAM WITH Dario S. Galota, Peter M. Campisano, Harry J. DiBussolo AND Anthony Morales, Sr IS A JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY REQUIRED AND ACCEPTABLE SERVICE, BUT THEY OVERCHARGE YOU FOR ALL BREAKDOWNS. BE AWARE OF THESE GUYS. MY SINCERELY ADVICE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COTRACT , THEY WILL START CHARGING EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING. THEIR CONTRACT IS WORTHLESS!

This company is awful. If you call customer service you are on hold a minimum of an hour no matter what time you call. Secondly, they never hit their shipping window with customers. If you are smart you will not use them to ship your products.
