If I could give 0 stars I would. Tracfone is horrible. Bought 45 dollars for a prepaid, couldn't make any calls, 4g had no connection in central New York. So I basically wasted my money. Customer service is overseas and they don't know what they are talking about. Money thrown in the thrash. Never again

I no longer have the tracfone and tracfone won’t cancel my yearly auto payment. I have to cancel my bank card and get a new one issued just to stop the yearly payments that tracfone claims they can’t cancel all because I don’t have the phone to accept verification. Terrible business.
