How crazy, for God's sake, I bought a phone, exactly a Samsung AG25, how is it possible that they didn't send me a charger but rather the cable that now has a different system, absurd!!!!!, apart from the fact, the box did not come in my name, it belonged to no one better What's up!!! Terrible service, to complete the joy I'm going to activate it and they left me without a mobile network and I was left incommunicado!!!!!!

For the last 6 years I've had no issues with Verizon; however, in the last few days my previous opinions have been crushed.
After getting a new phone had a Verizon store clerk move the SIM card from my old phone to the new one. Seems easy enough. Wrong. My number was suspended, and categorized as Fraud. Next thing you know I'm at my 3rd Verizon store while on the phone with the tech issues department, then the Fraud department for over an hour and still the issue hasn't been resolved. Even the Fraud dept isn't capable of respecting the issue. I'm doing everything I need to, but nothing.
This has been the worst experience. The local service folks have been great, but the customer support and bots have been their downfall.
If possible is give zero stars!

Tracfone is the worst!!
I try to call my mother, who has a tracfone, and at least 80% of the time, either Tracfone or Verizon hijacks the call and sends it to "your call has been forwarded to an automated voice messaging system" !!
Over and over and over again as I try to call my mother. My mother's phone never rings.
My parents are old and have no idea how to listen to voicemail. How dare you tell me that I can't call my mother because your system is so bad!
My call may not be important to you, but I want to talk to my mother!

My phone quite working, so I tried to call the customer service to cancel my account. Since I don't know my PIN, they won't let me cancel because they say they can't verify our identity. When I try to log in to My Account to change the pin, it sends a message to my phone, which doesn't work. So, they just keep charging my account every month, there literally is no way out!

This is great. I'm having a problem with track phone. Regarding credit card fraud and when I searched trackphone headquarters, I did Verizon, which has a 2.0 star rating. Now the headaches are really going to star
I reported my track phone stolen a year ago and they've been building me every month on autopay. Ever since, and in this particular month, I was built for the month twice which is not authorized, which is illegal and which I consider credit card for fraud!

Verizon communication company is SCAMMING customers from customer service, plans, services, credit card, legal department, etc. A year ago we decided to leave Verizon for the simple reason they don’t offer international plans. We had 6 lines with Verizon for about 2 an half years never late on payments. When we upgraded our phones on February 2023 we mailed in our old phones (sold for parts) no bound into a contract as we dislike contracts we rather wait and purchase at full price. Verizon is a company full of scam and fraudulent charges. BE AWARE! On July 2023 we are left with pending last bill. When I check on my Verizon credit card check to my surprise we have a charge of over $3750 from Verizon without any notification. Also once you no longer have Verizon as you phone company the perks for credit card are discontinue who does that oh wait only Verizon. BBB got us a call from a very nasty representative offering only a refund check for the amount of $350 I work as a customer service representative all companies keep record on every single call/chat/email that comes in for legal purposes Verizon can access and play the customer service call we made to hear we did not sign any contract with Verizon at that time. My petition was ignored. Our legal advisor told us to try the court but on legal fees it will cost more than what Verizon stole. Verizon has bad practice using false advertising to lure customers with lies. How unfair this is we work so hard to earn a living and for Verizon to come and steal from its customers only in USA. Verizon needs to be regulated. Verizon did not lose anything instead they gained everything we lost our phones plus fees and charged us $3750 who is at lost here the less fortunate ones us the customer no wonder they are a multi-billion dollar company and all they care is about MONEY!!!We lost our old phones paid the difference in February and in July $3750. Nothing was resolved from Verizon end they got away just like it has with hundreds and thousands of other customers this is so sad we live in the USA and companies like Verizon get away! I won’t stop sharing my story the worst experience in all platforms for customers to relate to my story. No loyalty to its customers from Verizon.

To whom it may concern,
I want all of my accumulative data, minutes and texts back as they were on Friday, June 7 before your technitian wiped my phone to 0 0 0 acrossed the board and then replaced my minutes, texts and data with a drastically reduced amount instead of my actual carryover amount.
The following shows what TracFone gave me in minutes, texts and data and what they actually owe me.

I have been a loyal Straight Talk customer for over 13 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. After switching to a new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra two months ago, my service has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Recently, I requested a phone number change due to a scam attempt. Straight Talk disabled my SIM card, rendering my phone unusable and preventing me from accessing my bank account since I can't receive verification codes. Despite spending over 8 hours on the phone with various customer service representatives, I received no help and was often disconnected. The representatives, all based overseas, were unable to provide clear explanations or solutions.
To make matters worse, I purchased two service plans, both of which are now unusable due to the disabled SIM card. I have been informed of a mismatch between my SIM card and my phone's IMEI number, which further complicates the issue. The lack of effective support has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Straight Talk's handling of my situation. Despite my long-term loyalty, I feel neglected and unvalued as a customer. I would strongly advise anyone considering Straight Talk to think twice before choosing their service.

Be aware of the Consumer Fraud!!!
Fios internet is NOT- prorated.
Meaning if you disconnect on 6/1 you will be charged for the whole month. No prior disclosure !!! Verizin Policy Page 8 of the Terms and Conditions in small print. Verizon takes consumers for idiots. They want you to pay for the service that was never provided.
