days ago I wanted to tell you about our experience in this place. It was terrible, uncomfortable, overflowing with abuse and poor customer service. It is not enough to have made a reservation for a car two weeks in advance, but also when we arrive they tell us that it does not exist... the rudeness showed off its splendor... employees who felt they owned the place and abused the place with ill-intentioned indifference I could occupy them to do and dispose as they pleased. They didn't want to assist you either and for three people they used the time in the world in a 20-minute process as if one had all afternoon. When asking for a number to ask for an explanation and find out where the reservation was, they simply ignored the request. We got it online and at the same time we called another one who appeared in the reservation by email. Fortunately, the lady who answered the call demanded to speak with one of them and what a divine mystery: there were the keys just by turning her back. there was an act of bad faith… another girl attended us who, seeing herself rebuked and forced by the lady in line, had no choice but to give us the ride from the car. My question is what did you expect? that in desperation we offered them more money for a change that was already rented? make things even more difficult so that we continue disbursing more money or did they already have it squared away to tempt someone else? with the shortage of existing vehicles they would not even let you rent a 26 footer. it was all limitations everywhere. I wonder if what happened happens in all Uhauls or is it only in Miami... where people bring their customs and their corruption from other countries to implement them in the United States. They were going to help us, they had to leave because the delay of something as simple as 30 minutes took almost 3 hours (which tripled the expense and the time to look for more people for help). No english whatsoever, the beginning of the transaction he gave me a estimate of $73 dollars and next day when truck was returned they charged me a total of $339 for extra mileage and a bit of gas missing. when i told him i couldnt put the rest of the gas the gentleman flipped on me very rude very umprofessional.
