I got hit with a fine of $341 because the dumpster was overfilled by someone who came overnight amd filled it up. I can’t have a security guard outside my business 24/7 to make sure people don’t come and throw trash on my dumpster. If they look at all their previous trash pick up videos they can see that the dumpster is always half empty. If they are so strict on their overfill policy then they should put locking mechanisms on the dumpsters so that customers can lock the dumpsters. Im already talking to another trash collector company to get their services and cancel wm. You try to send an email and there is no customer service email or contact form on their website to get in contact with someone.

Be aware of these people. It’s almost impossible to get off the contract. And its a nightmare to get in contact with them. IT’s been a pain this last 3 years and prices has been increasing without any reason.

I’ve experienced some issues with garbage pickup at times, but I want to commend Joel Johnson, who has gone above and beyond to keep me updated on the pickup schedule, even while he was on vacation. His dedication is truly exceptional. Please do not take him off our route in Key Biscayne. Thank you, Joel, for all your hard work!
