Had a 4 lb box sent to New Jersey. The girl at the desk said she would fill out the shipping form and charge it to my FedEx account. She never checked the box that asked for type of service and I was charged $212.25 because FedEx used Next Day air. Called FedEx and they refunded refunded $120, because the form wasn't filled out by the store correctly. Went back to store to talk about a refund for the balance due and was told the owner would get back to me. Never heard from them. I sell items on eBay and will use USPS Ground Advantage from now on. It's usually less than Fedex any way.

It is always such a pleasure to go to this particular Pack and Ship. Whether Valerie or Austin are there, they guide me through absolutely anything I need to know. They are quick, convenient and friendly, making sending packages simple. I am so grateful for the personalized service that I receive every single time, thank you!

Oh my gosh, shipping prices are so high! Over $60. For 2 packages . My friend took my packages there to ship. So I was expecting maybe $40 at the most. Crazy! I won't ship from there again. So, the total weight between 2 packages is 9 pounds.

2nd and last bad experience shipping work related light camera equipment back to the factory for repair. This final time asking to duplicate the prepared and pre labeled and addressed box into UPS format label . INSTEAD Labeled with old address the company no longer uses, with a return address as her shop not my home as requested and pointed to Been living here 35 years worst 2 customer service experiences ever bar none. Obviously I reassured possession of my equipment and shipped from reliable facility. See for yourself the difference between what was requested as destination vs what she placed on the receipt.

I ship stuff to my kids in IN, KY and CO all the time! They know who I am and keep my kids address on file and myPayment info. I can walk in and drop off my stuff and if they are busy I can just walk out. I know they will get it addressed and packed safe and get it sent off without me even waiting. I get an email later telling me the shipping info. I can literally leave my daughters first name on the box and I know they will look up her info and get it shipped! I had a package lost last year and they did all of the insurance paperwork for me. Last week I had a package arrive broken, Lisa filed my claim with UPS and got me reimbursed within a few days. I literally did nothing, the employees at A1A Pack & Ship take care of it all! Best customer service anywhere!

They went way out of their way to help me get a package back to Amazon, and I am very grateful. The women showed me how to get the correct return label, then she printed it for me. She taped up my bulky box and was just so pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
