I had to leave in middle of pedicure. First red flag no plastic bags in foot tub. 2nd red flag-guy was putting a used paper towel under my toes to remove polish. Should've left then. Guy doing it must have been a beginner. My toe that he cut were not even. Then he nicked my cuticle, i asked for alcohol and doused toes on both feet, and proceeded to leave. Letting them know I did not feel safe there, this place is not clean.Service: Pedicure

This was absolutely unsanitary. They reused a bowl of some sort of liquid and gave it to my friend. They CAN NOT do nail designs whatsoever, I gave them a photo with such a simple design and they made basically worms . The “sugar scrub” scratches your legs and BURNS!! Do not recommend any TIME.Services: Manicure

Shellac manicure was just ok but Nancy cut my skin on a toe and caused it to bleed when she did my pedicure. When my husband had his pedicure 2 days ago I requested to the manager to have someone experienced do his pedicure because he has neuropathy and can’t really feel if anything happens to his feet. When we got home I noticed a scab on his toe where she had cut his toe! He said he thought it felt sore! Never returning. Beware of sharp cuticle scissors!??Services: Manicure

I recently moved here from Texas where I am a licensed cosmologist, owning my own salon for 20 years. Normally I’m easy going, and like to support local businesses so I tried Fancy Nails right down the street from me. So disappointed. When my nails where completed they where left unevenly filed and very misshaped. Acrylic was put on so thick around my cuticle that it actually was attached to my skin, and the top coat was not evenly applied so that the shellac was exposed in places. I went back today to explain what I didn’t like and see if they would fix them. The manager immediately became argumentative and was visibly shaking she was so mad. I was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and got what I asked for…. Complete and total lack of customer service. So disappointed that I didn’t find a salon close to me, and certainly won’t recommend to anyone. Zero stars if I could.

I went in for a polish change on my toes and asked for my toe nails to be trimmed, they said that would be $5 extra. Any place I have ever went has NEVER charged extra. Plus their prices were already higher. Coupled with the fact that you cannot communicate with your tech because they cannot speak one word of English. I will not be going back.

Worst manicure of my life. Polish was so thick it did not last the drive home, cuticles were ruined. I could not communicate because I only speak English. Never again.Service: Manicure

I've been coming to Mel Beach for nearly 10 years and avoided this because of uneven reviews. But I finally tried them because I want to support beach businesses. I was delighted! Full set American gel manicure with Tracy & a great pedicure with Hai. I will go back and i highly recommend. I did make an appt ahead of time to make sure they had time for me. It was worth it!Services: Gel manicures

Was told no time for pedicure. As I walked in two customers were leaving. Only one left in building almost finished with nails. Two employees just standing looking at me.

Pre-pandemic this was my salon. Frequented it 2 times per month for many years. Always requesting Tracey. I moved up to Indialantic during pandemic, so found a salon closer to home. Yesterday I was visiting my friend in Melbourne Beach, so thought we'd get pedicures at fancy nails. I requested Tracey like old times. My friend and I requested Deluxe $50 pedicures. Worst salon experience ever. Tracey was rude, cold and did an awful job. I will be repainting my own nails. The $50 pedicure lasted 40 minutes. Really. I don't know what Traceys problem was. I will never go to this salon again.

I went to Fancy Nails in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure. They were happy to accept me on short notice and Nina gave me a good mani/pedi. The pedi was a basic which was all I wanted and with gel polish. My mani was great. Very satisfied. The salon was older but with comfortable chairs for the pedicure. I will go back!

My wife and I are relatively new to Melbourne Beach. She has been searching for a good nail salon, and decided to try Fancy Nails in Driftwood Plaza. She went in yesterday morning and made an appointment to get her nails done at 3pm today, Saturday May 29, 2022. When she arrived the woman in the nail place screamed at her saying her appointment was at 2pm, not 3pm. My wife apologized but the proprietor insisted on chastizing her, accusing my wife of causing her to miss lunch, and screwing up her day. My wife finally gave up and told her that they had lost her business before they even started. We would not use this place or recommend it if it was THE ONLY nail salon in the region. It's just not appropriate to treat a customer that way. I subsequently called the salon and told them what I thought of them for treating my wife so poorly. And by the way, she made the mistake on the appoinment time, not my wife.Service: Acrylic nails

I went to Fancy Nails today for a pink and white dip manicure. They charge $48 and that does not include soaking and cleaning up around your nails. When I arrived at the salon, my nail length was beyond the end of my fingers. By the time she was done with dipping, my nails were super short! Worst manicure ever. I told the technician I was not pleased and why. She said if I want to pay more she would do the soaking and trimming. (That option was never mentioned ahead of time.) What a mess. I will never go back and recommend others find a better salon also. I love to support local small business but cannot do that with this place. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. The lady that was doing my pedicure sliced my toe open with the file causing it to bleed. When I pointed out the blood to her she quickly tried to cover it with her hand and started rubbing the blood into the wound causing immense pain. I repeatedly told her to stop rubbing the cut while yanking my foot away but she did not listen nor stop. I politely asked her to continue on the other toes and to leave that one alone for the rest of the pedicure but she didn't listen and sprayed nail polish remover on the cut and continued rubbing it-causing me to cry from the frustration of her continuously worsening both the cut and the pain. I told her that I wanted to stop the pedicure but she would not listen nor respond to me until I told another nail technician that I wanted to stop. She did not apologize till the very end when I went to pay and they charged full price despite not having finished the pedicure and getting cut. Never going back.

Do not go here. Incredibly sloppy, way overpriced, and extremely rough with both pedicures and manicures. Save your money and go elsewhere.
