Katie gave Sydney Grace a beautiful haircut?. Thank you, SO MUCH♥️. Today, Sarah groomed Winston and he is gorgeous ?. We are from Iowa, visiting for 2 months. We are very selective about our groomers♥️. We are so thankful for the recommendation given to us by Maureen Broussalian. GET YOUR GROOM ON groomers are THE BEST!!?♥️?. Get Your Groom On does beautiful grooming and is great with challenges. We brought in our three Shih-Tzu that had been thoroughly traumatized by another groomer. We know this because we bath them between visits. We suddenly couldn’t help but notice two of them barking, but more like screaming & crying while desperately trying to get away during bathing and drying. I immediately cancelled future appointments with previous groomer and called Get Your Groom On because I had recently heard great things about them. When I called, they could hear our dog crying in the background. I gave them the full story of what complications they’d possibly face. They were up for the challenge and didn’t charge extra. Well, after our fur babies first visit to Get Your Groom On, our dogs were perfectly behaved again during their home bath time. It’s like the trauma never happened to them. We are extremely grateful to have obviously kind people caring for our family members. But, know they are BUSY, so book your appointments early. We’re doing a lot more home baths than we care to LOL.2nd visit more impressed. All of our fur babies are in their teens, so not the easiest to groom. But our Phoebe girl is rapidly declining mentally the last couple of months. While at home, she’s obviously got dementia and is getting difficult to manage and sometimes downright ugly. Look at her picture below. Didn’t the groomers do a stellar job of making her beautiful again. So, again I am so very grateful to G.Y.G.O. !

I’ve been taking my fellow here for nail trimmings for a little over a year, and I am so grateful to have them! They listen to my concerns and treat my big guy well. He has a few spots that are apparently sensitive, so he gets anxious, and they take the time for one to snuggle him to put him at ease as the other trims. I’m very picky about who cares for my pup, and I keep coming back to these folks.

Been taking our golden doodle here for 2 years. He loves coming here! They do a great job, they are quick and my very opinionated dog never hesitates, but runs to the door to get inside the place. Not the case with other groomers.

I am so disappointed with this business right now. I have been taking my two Havanese to this groomer the last two years without too much to complain about. once in a while they wouldn't get their nails cut short enough, pretty much minor things and I was overall satisfied. Quite another story our last visit a couple of days ago. We askEd for a pretty simple very short cut over all but I stressed that there were a few things we would like some attention to. To leave them some bangs, leave their ears on the longer side, trim their feet very short and in particular to give extra attention to making sure their ears were clean and the hair removed. One of our dogs tends to get wax build up. When I picked them up I asked if there were any issues with the ears. She otherwise wasn't going to offer any comments. Had I not asked she would not have mentioned anything. But when questioned she said she didn't do one of their ears because they were inflamed and infected. We took our dogs to the vet today for check ups and to address the ear issue. The vet said there was no infection that they were just filled with wax, debris and hair. I called to let the groomer know and at first she was apologetic and said she was sorry it wasn't done and that she would comp the next visit for one of the dogs. They also didn't leave bangs and cut one of their ears super short after being asked not to and no, there were no mats in the ears. The owner then called me back and said that the reason the ears weren't cleaned was that the groomer that did them said they were infected. I told her that I was at the vet and they were not infected. Just not cleaned. She then told me not to come back. In my opinion she was rude and unprofessional. She tried to make many excuses for why they weren't done as requested including that they were old dogs and hard to handle. So folks, if you have old dogs, or if your dogs ears tend to get dirty between grooming (6weeks) or if you just don't appreciate rude people don't patronize this business.

I took my fur baby there since we are in from out of town and he needed to get a good cut to handle this heat. They fit him in within days and were soooo nice. They Did an amazing job and put the cutest bandana on him. Legend is a happy and so I. Absolutely will be bringing him back there! Great people and very positive environment!!

I really really wanted to like this place, I herd great things about them but I left disappointed. I took my four year old cocker and they did the tiddy up groom on her because she’s a puppy and it was her first groom but I was charged for a full groom and they hardly did anything (cutting hair wise) everything else seems to have been done…..another thing, when I got there my puppy peed on herself 3 times within just a few mins because they kept her four hours in a kennel because they wrote my number down wrong and couldn’t get in touch with me, I didn’t find this out till I called to check up on her so she was not walked just kept in a kennel the entire time. I was truly disappointed and upset because I herd great things.

Amazing experience!! The stylists are all so friendly and the dogs love them. I can’t believe the transformation in my dogs! I thought they were cute before but now they look just like little teddy bears!! The prices are very reasonable, I was using Petsmart before (same price) and I never had cuts of this quality!
