“I'm not one of those who complain a lot, but for a while now the emails are leaving it at another address, and my neighbor has brought me letters that belong to me and they have left it for him, yesterday I received a package from Amazon and it they left my neighbor's mailbox on Hunan st and thanks to Kim the other lady who went the other day listened to me and checked my neighbor's mail and indeed my package was there, I don't want to put anyone in trouble but they must make sure they leave packages and letters in the correct address please?”

“I have been to lots of ups stores over the years. I do not have a printer and need things sent , notarized, and also make returns. Jay is an amazing person to deal with. He can handle that whole store single hand-idly with a long line of people and still be happy, sociable and nice. Not moody or rude. . Today was crunch time (Xmas rush), and there he is with a smile and under pressure but he is a great person to deal with.It is a little more expensive than going to the US Post Office, but its concierge service. They package everything and no worries. Now you can use a machine and send back your amazon stuff yourself. Great ad on! Ever since he took over this store its been a pleasure.”

“I came in last minute 10 minutes before closing to do my Amazon return. This was my first time doing a kiosk return at this store. There was 3 people ahead of me but I saw only one staff member and she was working hard on her duties. The line was moving quickly and a lady came in behind me and within 30 seconds she was huffing about having to wait and asked the associate if she can help since there is a line. She said she was working on her stored duties and she closes at 3 and she would have to wait for the kiosk. Which literally was just a few minutes. The lady left upset which I felt was so wrong. On my way out I asked the associate a question about my package and asked for her name because I could see how hard she was working and her dedication was clear. Sabrina is an awesome person and hard worker I could see that for just being in the store 10 minutes. Thanks Sabrina for making my day! The kiosk is super easy to use and I will definitely be back!”

“Package delivery is extremely fast from this post office. I have had packages delivered within 2 days to the Northeast (USA). Postal workers, in general, really very patient and knowledgeable. Waits can be long in line, but it's a busy place at certain times of day.”

“I ship stuff to my kids in IN, KY and CO all the time! They know who I am and keep my kids address on file and myPayment info. I can walk in and drop off my stuff and if they are busy I can just walk out. I know they will get it addressed and packed safe and get it sent off without me even waiting. I get an email later telling me the shipping info. I can literally leave my daughters first name on the box and I know they will look up her info and get it shipped! I had a package lost last year and they did all of the insurance paperwork for me. Last week I had a package arrive broken, Lisa filed my claim with UPS and got me reimbursed within a few days. I literally did nothing, the employees at A1A Pack & Ship take care of it all! Best customer service anywhere!”
