“Sandra is an absolute rockstar at Postal Connections. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely caring — the kind of person who makes every visit feel effortless, even if you forgot to prepare for it. She’s quick-witted, fun, and always has a great attitude. You can tell she takes real pride in helping customers, and it shows in how smoothly everything gets handled. Highly recommend Postal Connections and Sandra!”
“I arrived with objects to ship and Michelle went out of her way to get my package organized and shipped as efficiently and quickly as possible.

“Josiah (owner) understands top-notch customer service. I had accidentally packed up an item I shouldn’t have, dropped my package off around 1:30pm and called at 5:40pm. The truck was being loaded and he got on it to find and remove it for me! I was able to retrieve the item and still get the package out. I am very thankful for his quick action and help. The store even offers custom 3D prints (with bulk discounts) that is unique to this UPS store. Thanks everyone!”
“Richard has also went above and beyond for me.
I feel like he truly enjoys his job and always gives 110%
Anthony his crewmate is always there to lend a helping hand when he can. I would fully recommend this store to anyone.
Will only come to this store from here on out”
“Joshua and the rest of the team here are awesome!! Very helpful, courteous and always on the Ball!
The location is easy to get in and out of and the new layout is quick for selfserve and when you need extra help.
Chears!”
“The store is open every day of the week with decent hours. The only thing missing is a dedicated parking spot for this store. Some of the food stores in the strip mall have a parking spot for their business. This would make the location a 10/10. Please consider it for quick drop off of larger packages.”
“Maybe others are rating their deliveries--BUT--- I am rating this Post Office as great!!! I drive from Palm Bay for the excellent service here & the friendly,
caring workers behind the desks. Steven is exceptional as is HELPFUL, kind TOM!! These employees do their jobs by informing you of your best choice for what you are mailing & giving you choices!!! For anyone who thinks this place is bad--- try going to the one
on Malabar & Jupiter--- and be unlucky enough to get Pam.... You will soon see what an unhappy, unfriendly, sarcastic person who does not like her job --or-- you asking a question is like!! LOL ----- But, it's upto you!!! (This needs google to post!!)”
“I guess its true, they do deliver through rain, sleet or snow as well as government shutdown. My mail person delivered a package in a torrential downpour and was absolutely soaked doing it. They deserve 10 stars.”
