Spessard Holland South Beach Park is a serene 6.5-acre community beach park known for its beautiful, clean beachfront and family-friendly atmosphere. Visitors appreciate the park's amenities, including restrooms, drinking fountains, and outdoor showers, with seasonal lifeguards ensuring safety. The park features a 100' dune boardwalk and dune crossovers, making it ideal for surf fishing, surfing, and leisurely beach days. Guests enjoy free parking and the peaceful surroundings, which are less crowded compared to more popular beaches like Daytona or Cocoa Beach. The soft, off-white sand is perfect for shell hunting, and the beach offers stunning views, including opportunities to watch rocket launches. Open from dawn until dusk, this park is a great spot for both daytime fun and night photography, making it a hidden gem for those seeking a laid-back beach experience.
Nice more laid back beaches along the coast.. It's not Daytona or Cocoa Beach, but the parking is free and there's loads of sand and ocean to see.
