Needed to return some SUP stuff on my way out of town and totally bungled the shipping. Austin walked me through the process, even let me email him the right labels and was so helpful throughout the whole process. These stores are usually locally owned and I just gotta call out my guy Austin bc he went out of his way to be kind and help out an inexperienced customer. When I come back to Melbourne I will go out of my way to use this UPS store again. 10/10 service.
