“I took my Yorkie to the Melbourne clinic. She has a loose tooth. I took her there as they are accredited. (only 15% of vets in the USA and Canada are accredited) I was very impressed when I walked in. The office was spotless. Plenty of staff at the reception desk. Was quickly checked in. Didn't have to wait long before I was taken back to see Dr Bowden.She gave Missy her DAPP injection as she was overdue for it. She examined Missy. Discussed the treatment (extracting the loose tooth) The whole experience was good. I felt very comfortable there. They are a little more expensive than Missy's previous vet but well worth it The specialized training they have to go through to be accredited can't be cheap and has to be renewed every 3 years which means having to attend continuing education classes I believe. So know when you take your pet to the Animal Medical Clinic you are getting the best, and our pets deserve the very best.”
“I love this vet. But more importantly, my dog loves this vet. They are always honest and upfront and they truly do not over charge for services. They are always incredibly kind and patient and also accommodating. My dog doesn't always like the vet and sometimes it's tough finding one he likes but he adores Dr. Floyd and lets her do anything she needs to... and trust me, thats quite the accomplishment lol. Her assistant is just as amazing. I'm so happy I chose this vet and can't imagine going anywhere else. And the care and love the whole staff shows the animals, its genuine. I love hearing them gush over the patients and I always know my pets are in good hands. If you're looking for your vet, the vet, the one you can trust and feel confident in, it's definitely Maybeck.”

“I took my nephew's dog in as a follow up for a back injury that had been diagnosed at the Emergency Vet a week ago. I found the staff to be kind and supportive. Dr. Kate was wonderful! She did a thorough exam and answered all of our questions. A technician was crafty and created a sling with handles from a tote bag to help me care for the patient. The price was very reasonable. I would feel comfortable bringing any pet to this practice.”

We've had a few emergencies, cancer surgery, uti's, all sort of health issues (several cats, all rescues) & having to let many cross over. “I absolutely love coming here. I got my cat Maverick about 3 months ago now. He’s my first pet I’ve ever had on my own. He came to me snotty and with lots of upper respiratory issues. In true new mom fashion I brought him back to these guys like twice a month trying to figure out the problem. Dr.Mcleod explains everything and is so knowledgeable and she discovered that he has a cleft palate!
Dr. McLeod, Lourdes, karen, Sarah and the rest of the team have been so incredibly kind and patient with me. They are the best around! Each one of the crew is so knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. You can tell they care so much about each and every patient.
I 100% recommend them. I trust them wholeheartedly!!! They are reasonably priced and never try to force anything on you that you don’t need. Which I respect so much!

“Nice clinic, but prices I feel are quite expensive. They charge for everything, such as anal glands which isn't included with bathing where other groomers do. They have a good supply of Hills food but that seems a little more than Pet Supermarket. The clinic has a vet that works there all the time which is good, and they have a nice yard where the dogs can play.
They're just out of my budget.”
“Brought in our 11 year old Tabby and it's just wonderful when the staff know you and your pet when you walk in. Made off to a great start to an even better visit. Met Dr. J as Dr S was in vacation. We live him as well. Both great docs and we started a new medicine regiment with the Zig. You guys are the best. My wife and I are so happy with your valued care and service!!!”

“Recently relocated to Melbourne from out of state for new job. We have two dogs -- 3 yr old Lab-Boxer mix and a 2 yr old Lab-Golden Retriever mix. They get regular preventative care including all shots as well as monthly NextGuard and HeartGuard purchased from our vet practice. We had an wonderful vet before our move so when we were given a bunch of recommendations from new neighbors and co-workers, we had a pretty good idea of what we were looking for -- a practice with experienced veterinarians, friendly staff, and not necessarily in a fancy/new facility (past experience was higher cost for care to help pay for the upgrades.) Melbourne Animal Hospital was the second vet we saw. The experience was almost identical to our vet back home and the cost was actually slightly less. We already have somewhere to board our dogs and do drop-off daycare when needed so any expanded services aren't something we needed to take into account. We just need good preventative medical care and someone we trust if an emergency comes up. Melbourne Animal Hospital meets that need for us.”

“Excellent experience getting my cat her vaccinations which were overdue. We notified staff that we had arrived via app. We were then met by staffer who checked us in. She was pleasant and efficient. We then were escorted to the vet who vaccinated my cat. All in all a very easy process and quite affordable. ?”
