Whoever the pharmacist and tech were when I went in (both women) were absolutely awful. I’ve never been treated this way ever. We had an emergency fill since my mom left her medication at home and she traveled here. Insurance was tricky and they treated us like absolute dirt. The pharmacist even walked away mid sentence when my mom was trying to ask what was going on and why the copay was so high. I will never go there for my own fills just based on how awful and rude they were.

We've been using the CVS Pharmacy in Target on New Haven Road for a long time and are very happy with the service there, especially with Vicky the Pharmacist and Gia the Pharmacist Technician. They are always very pleasant and go out of their way to provide excellent service!

I have GoodRX Gold. I was told a price for my drug. I showed the worker my coupon and he ignored it and said that the price he quoted was the price. Refused to look my code up. It was a $7.00 difference. Employee also claimed that they used another GoodRX number. Called GoodRX and they looked my code up and was told that employee never ran it. As I said he refused. I would like a refund of the difference. Won't be coming back if this is the practice.

I sent in 4 online refills to this pharmacy. When I checked by phone, 1 of the scripts was doubled, one was listed as being refilled even though I received a message that it was cancelled and too soon for refill, and my other scripts were not even mentioned. When I transferred to the pharmacist I gave my date of birth and she asked what I wanted. Told her and she said "We're working on it" in the most deadpan, emotionally void, seriously "I really don't care" voice I have ever heard. Don't know who she is but unless I'm dying without my scripts, I will not use this CVS again. Would prefer ZERO stars for this CVS!

Called just to check if a medicine was in stock, person replied "can't help you" and IMMEDIATELY hung up.

The team at CVS Pharmacy inside Target at Melbourne Village is reliable and honest about what they can / cannot deliver. Even when super busy, they will take the time to answer my questions. They also provide vaccines, which is a time-saver for me.

This CVS pharmacy is excellent. Victoria went above and beyond to assist our family on a recent trip when we left our medications behind. The pharmacy was professional, helpful, responsive, and really did such an excellent job assisting us.

usually this pharmacy is fine and convenient, however on saturday (my only day off until wednesday, and my new round of medication started tuesday) i went only to see a sign on the window say they were closed. i wish i would’ve known this beforehand, and i didn’t expect them to be closed on a saturday. i had to come in before work in a rush the next day

I have been filling my prescriptions with this CVS since it was Target- I am leaving this pharmacy because of the pharmacist that has recently taken over. She is unprofessional, rude and dishonest. I honestly don’t have time to play games every time I get a script filled.This pharmacy has gone down hill since Teresa left. I have never had my medication be out of stock as much as I have. 2 times in 2 months. I also have never had any problems until now. Doing business here is like watching a train wreck.

Pharmacy is garbage since Teresa left a few months ago. Staff is rude, they’re always running out of medication. No where close to welcoming and professional as it used to be. Transferring out of this one pronto.
