Don’t waste your time going to this FedEx location go to a actual FedEx location. If you’re dropping off packages, the people here told me I could not ship in a retail box. Drove over to the normal FedEx store. Ask them can I ship in a retail box? And the lady told me absolutely why would you not be able to and I said the lady at FedEx office told me I’m not allowed to and she replied that’s ridiculous. There’s nothing on FedEx policy that says you can’t ship in a retail box

Needed a couple of books binded in short order close to closing time; phoned in and was told to come quickly and they would do their best to get completed. Arrived at the store and Quinn was awesome in getting them completed and looked so nice. Huge thanks to Quinn and team!

Any time I have to ship something with Fedex I am met with terrible customer service. They always ship my packages properly, but usually you wait around while someone is on the computer and/or phone. I’ll be the only one at the desk and the employees don’t even acknowledge that I’m there until they are ready which is usually like 10 minutes. If you are indeed helping another customer you should say, hello, sir I will be right with you. I apologize for the wait I’m currently serving another customer. That would have been fine. But, zero response and it was so awkward. I am always preparing myself for a bad experience when I walk into Fedex.

I didn’t know which location to post this on. But tell your drivers to learn how drive better please. We were at an intersection and this guy blocked a portion of the intersection that you’re clearly supposed to leave space for. Could’ve caused an accident after cutting us off too for what.

The woman at the counter was very gracious. She taped my box and label and asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn't think they would tape it for me, that was a pleasant surprise. A+

We came to ship off a few items and had not done this before through the company so we had no idea what was acceptable to send things in. We were greeted by Amanda who had a nasty attitude when asking if certain boxes were acceptable. She quickly started smacking her lips and seemed over us asking about a big box. We kindly explained ourselves instead of getting nasty back with her and she changed her tone with us. I understand it’s the weekend and she would rather be home than this establishment but if she kept her patients and allowed people to get all of what they have to say out before she speaks she wouldn’t have to get so nasty with people who simply had no idea what they were doing.
