Phenomenal Experience! Was greeted when I walked in saying I will be right with you. Johnny was great explaining all my options and directing me the proper way to send important documents in a time sensitive manner. Would highly recommend this store due to the high customer service and the positive atmosphere from the employees working there. GO SEE JOHNNY!

nothing but issues dealing with this specific place. Late deliveries, postponed. Say they attempted delivery; yet no paper left{bc they did not attempt}Im guessing they hire a bunch of kangz&“qweenz” that work there. You only get your stuff when you have to drive TO THEM. imagine that.

Johnny was delightfully helpful, cheerful, and interested in doing a great job. He went the extra mile in checking the print job and in seeing if there were any available discounts. He also multi-tasked well - talking to other regular customers - while working with me. I never felt he was wasting my time while he chatted and helped other people - it was a perfect balance of responding to a busy store and meeting my needs. He was fun and funny so that was a bonus, too! Always great service at this location - I pay a little more for the printing but I don't mind when the staff is this good.

Johnny was extremely helpful and polite. Despite me arriving just before closing time, he was kind and courteous even offering assistance for any potential questions. Johnny also did not pressure me to finish preparing my packages despite it being 15 minutes before closing. When I was ready he helped me out with a smile on his face and even gave me multiple options to ship. I was extremely nervous to run into the location before closing, but being received by an amazing team member was a total breath of fresh air. It is FAR too often service members are grumpy or unkind nowadays, and I’m so happy to have been helped by Johnny.

Savannah and Johnny were both very helpful. I spent my morning calling different places looking for this large, oddsized box. Savannah answered the phone and with a friendly tone advised they had one onsite and informed me of the pricing and options availavle. At arrival, Johnny assisted me with bringing in the product I was shipping by coming out to my car and carrying the product inside. He helped me decide the best option for my shipping need and I was in/out the door in under 10 minutes! Well done!

UPDATE: seller will use another return label with another carrier UPS so they can pick it up at the mattress store that was nice enough to hold it there for meSo I live on the third floor and ordered 2 accent chairs from Amazon..I had a return label and needed to return these 2 boxes that came together ..I have a tiny hatchback car and requested from the seller to have it pick up but they instead sent a label where I have to drop it offI packed it as best as I can and it was very risky but it was the only way that I can get these dropped off I ended up having to put both boxes in my tiny car trunk open just tied .. I went through so much struggle justo this FedEx location it was raining I was with my two year old and ran some risk dropping these … Upon arriving at the store the first thing that the manager he said his name was Jonathan did was he told me he’s not going to take these beat up “package “ I told him please I drove so far I went through so much stress to arrive here with these two huge boxes he said IM NOT TAKING IT U CAN FIGURE IT OUT OR THROW UR ITEMS AWAY BUT IM NOT TAKING IT GET OUT ! I OFFERED TO TAPE IT MORE AND HE REFUSED I ASKED HOW MUCH IS IT TO GET ANOTHER BOX AND STILL REFUSED TO TAKE THEM !!! I ENDED UP LEAVING IT AT THE MATTRESS STORE NEXT DOOR they were really nice and friendly there since they know I can’t risk putting these boxes in my tiny car again with a baby on board

The staff are extremely slow here no matter what time you come and after waiting in line, there's a lot of things they can't ship. I've been here with no line and they still take forever to acknowledge you, even when they are standing right there just talking to each other. You might as well go down the road to UPS or the FedEx on Dow Rd.

The most expensive box on fedex website is $5. Cranky old lady at the counter tried to sell me a box for $27. Just the box. Already had a prepaid shipping label. Scummy practices. Scummy store. Don't come here!

Horrible customer service. We own a business, they come after we are closed. We left a note to deliver to our next door neighbors business. The driver ignored it. I called to leave instructions they said they hadit and would deliver the next day. We get an email saying that was the last attempt. I called no record of the call I made 2 hrs before.

FedEx is THE WORST SHIPPING SERVICE. It’s impossible to get a representative on the phone when things go wrong and things always seem to go wrong. How does it take 4 days to get an overnighted document to me and yet I’m unable to get in touch with a representative for explanations as to what is going on or when I’ll get it?

I went to send a package overseas, they charged me almost $300. I payed the money and they never told me I might pay for duty and taxes when it gets overseas. Now my package got stuck because they ask me to pay $500 for them to release the package to my family overseas. I ask FedEx to send the package back to me. FedEx ask me to pay $400 for me to get the package back. They refuse to help me. Worst shipping company. AVOID it.
