I knew the size and material I wanted and within a few minutes she had already found the 2 best options. They were able to adjust the nexklace I chose so the pendant could fit on it, and then boxed it all up in a beautifully wrapped box. I declined the warranty but they gave it to me for free anyway! Overall a great experience. My favorite part is I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This is the way business is supposed to be done.”

I also appreciated the fair price they offered for my broken and unwanted gold jewelry. It’s refreshing to find a business that values honesty and treats customers with respect throughout the entire process. My only disappointment was that they don’t offer insurance appraisals which would make them a true one-stop jewelry store. Aside from that, I highly recommend this store because they offer exceptional customer service and genuine hospitality.
