“Writing this review for my wife: Customer Service was excellent; Victoria, Jenn, Jennifer and Stephanie were exceptional: very helpful and friendly. In Addition Melissa at sandwich shop was also friendly and helpful. These ladies are hard worker. This store's price is not too bad compared to other Publix. For the employees positive attitude and friendliness and quality of groceries; it is well worth it to pay a little bit more.”

“Significantly better with the addition of the self-checkout lines. I realize many are opposed to them, but checkout was very slow before they installed them. Always very crowded here and as a result, I usually go to the Publix on Malabar even though it's further away.”

“Normally I love this store but lately the deli service has been lacking. Ask for my cold cuts “on the thin side but not too thin” get home have a pound of shavings. They used to show you the first slice for approval on cut, no longer just shave away, sorry but really ticks me off! Next time Inwill demand to see the first slice, suggest you do the same”

I thanked her, she helped me put my items on the counter, then she paid for my groceries. Because of this random act of kindness. I now practice this by paying forward for a fellow classmate at Yoga. I do it once a month. And l love it.”

Recently when I changed insurance companies, I found that my old insurance was denying claims even while the policy was still in force. As a result, I ended up without a valid prescription for my BP medicine, which is dangerous to interrupt. Pharmacist Luke Zippi, in accordance with Federal regulations, took it upon himself to give me a few days worth of medication which covered me until the new insurance kicked in. In my personal experience, chain drug stores routinely deny such requests and refer you back to your physician for new prescriptions and new coverage. It is a huge advantage to deal with a family-owned pharmacy where they actually know you personally, and can act as your advocate when insurance systems are arbitrary or indifferent.”
