I am so grateful for Ruben (totally spelled that wrong, I'm sorry). His problem solving skills are AMAZING. To others, it was something simple. For me? It was him going out of his way to help me end my daughter's birthday with silly snacks (Buffalo chicken rollers, chips, and gatorades) after a weird but awesome day. Homie deserves a raise, promotion, and all the recognition! We appreciate you, bud! Thanks for being amazing!!!

I went to charge my electric rental on 7 charge on their forecourt. Unfortunately, visitors to the USA cannot download the 7charge app. So, I have been around the houses trying to figure out how I can charge up rental EV so I have enough kwh to get back to yhe original airport.
Yes, I did check whether I could return the EV to a closer rental location and also return it a day early to a local airport**. The customer service representative said no. They said Melbourne Orlando International airport was a private franchise and i asked them yo search for another location near me and provided the zip code. I was put on hold again, whereupon a family member attempted to help and the representativehung up.
**we had been on hold for over 25 minutes waiting to speak to someone.
All of this would have never happened if I'd been able to charge the car as I attempted to do 4 hours ago. 7 eleven, please request 7 charge to let foreign nationals download the app... DC charging would change the world.
Hey 7-11, I cannot click your link in your respinse or respond to you. The issue was at this location. I believe that this applies to all 7charge installations. I did find out that FPL, Florida Light and Power, uses QR codes to enable any car to charge and use a payment card on their DC and other chargers.

If I could I would not even give this place a star I got Racially Profiled I walk there everyday for my break to get some snacks and something to drink I always have my backpack on because my wallet is in there and I always have it on in the store today I was the only one in the store mind you Noone ever said anything to me before but today in a rude tone give me your backpack or leave it at the door 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND

This particular 7-Eleven is not far off of Interstate 95 and is in line price-wise with the other gas stations around it. The place is what you would expect on terms of ambiance for a 7-Eleven and the inside has the usual convenience store items and food that you would associate with a 7-Eleven. The staff was friendly enough and overall it was a good stop before heading back on the highway.

I was publicly humiliated in front of my peers, by some foreign woman, because I had a knapsack on my shoulders with my valuable contents, and I refused to leave it on the dirty floors of this gas station. I noticed dirt and grime on the floor when she refused to serve me unless I deposited my belongings on the floor by the doors. I was appalled at the very thought of the germs and bacteria that I now had on my things. And once more she urged me to leave afterwards like some common criminal. I will never go back to this filthy establishment.

Employees are always nice so they get these stars. They need to work on some colder beverages. Warmest drinks I ever get from any convenience store.

This 7-11 has marketing material all over the store for "2 slices of pizza and a drink for $3"The store didn't have any pizza slices available so I inquired about having some made. I was told that I could only purchase an entire pizza. I rephrased the question to ask again. I was then told that they aren't doing slices right now because they needed to clean the oven.I regret not asking a third time so that I could have collected a trio of excuses.
