She told me that she literally did not know how to scan a barcode so that I could put cash on my cash app card. All you do is scan the barcode type in the amount of money I give you I give you the money and we’re square. What a waste of time.

The second time I’ve been to the store and the deals on that fancy table they have by the cash register have running up incorrectly and I’ve been told it was correct (by the manager today) however, I just did the math and they still charged me more than what they told me they would.
7.17 /2 is 3.59. I got discounted 1.18 when it should have been 2.59.
I’m just saying because they’re falsely advertising a deal and they’re still charging people more than what they’re telling them.

Was good a couple months ago. Now lunch is trash. Takes 15mins for 3 customers. Older lady doesn’t know what she’s doing and is the only one there for lunch time.

I’ve been going to the Suntree 7/11 for years, but I think regardless of how convenient it is I’ve decided this will be my last time to this store. The previous staff were attentive and friendly. The coffee area was always clean and stocked as well as the shelves. Things were always clean and overall orderly. None of that is true anymore. My biggest issue is that the current staff is ridiculously bad. They are rude and usually on their phones or talking as opposed to providing any kind of customer service. Instead of making a quick trip into the corner store nearby to my home I’ll drive somewhere else.

I got gas there, which I never do, but I went because it was near my doctors office. I specifically asked for $30. had one taquito and a 20oz soda. This was paid on my card. The cashier repeated back to me the amount. I said yes. I was pumping my gas and it kept going! I stopped it at $34. I went back inside. He had a dollar ready for me. I replied back “I asked for $30. Why did it keep going? Did someone else use my card?” The cashier gaslight me and said that I asked for $35. I walked away. I will never go back there again.

What happened to this store on suntree Blvd? I use to like going there, mainly because of the staff. Not anymore. Completely different staff, I only see 3 now. Phone conversations during check from staff. Coffee area that they upgraded is basic stock. Coffee variety is limited. They even took away Coca-Cola slurpee and replaced it with some weird mango pepper. What 7/11 doesn't have the iconic Coca-Cola slurpee. Lost a lot of my business.bring back the old.

Worst experience I have ever had in any gas station ever. Cashier was on the phone screaming while dealing with customers and was extremely rude to an older lady who politely asked him for a sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous!

I bought a boneless chicken and the unit price was listed as 3.99, but the checkout showed $6 and I didn't noticed in the beginning. I had already paid, but when I finished checking out I noticed something was wrong, I was told that there was no refund. bad customer service!!!
