Just sold them an old work truck. They have me a quote over the phone, we scheduled the pickup, and everything went smooth.
Like a dummy I forgot to take the plate off and the tow truck driver caught that and left it by my door. Everyone was great to work with and thorough.
Next time I gotta get rid of a vehicle quick I'll be calling them.

OMG! I had a lovely conversation with a young woman there by the name of Michelle. She helped me more than you could imagine. Everyone there is like family. They are friendly and welcoming. They have a warm work environment and they listen to you. Michelle even came in after hours to show me a car. I give her and the company 5 stars because that's all I'm allowed to give. An Amazing customer review from this customer for sure!

Bought a car here 4/3/23 for $5300 cash. The next day it died while driving. The issue has continued and gotten worse. Dies up to 12x/ day. Scary and dangerous.Have tried to return it/ get my money back since 4/4 but dealer refuses. I've filed complaints with BBB/FTC/Atty General/FLHSMV. Last convo w/ Tony was 8/25. He did offer to pay for a diagnostic and 'to fix it if its something small' but also told me 'you can tell anyone you want but you don't have a legal leg to stand on', 'this is how used car dealers work', and 'what did you expect for $5300?' I expected a car that isn't dangerous. Sad and disappointed since they seemed to have such good reviews.EDIT/UPDATE: The FLHSMV office is helping me try to rectify this horrible situation after I filed a complaint there. I had an appt at Fiat (formerly Suzuki) to diagnose the issues, but they couldn't do the work as the OBD scanner was butchered. Bringing it to another shop this week in the hopes they can figure out what all is wrong with it. From what I've described the shop owner says it will probably be difficult and expensive. Scare of the day was the car dying in the middle of US 1 just north of Palm Bay Road. (And that made a total of 6 times in what should have been a 20 minute round trip to WalMart.) This car is a deathtrap, an accident waiting to happen. I really wish A&M would just do the right thing and take it back and refund my money. This is all just so wrong.
