If there was an option to give them 0 stsrs I would. The manager at this store is unprofessional (my name isn't "baby"). I needed help with a simple task but because I am a woman, they tried to sell me whatever else they could get me to buy.

I asked for 2017 Escape brake lights. "Can't find it." Then he sold me two bulbs which turned out to be turn signal bulbs. Went back for brake bulbs. He sold me a another pair. Turns out this car LED brake light assy has to be replaced, not just bulbs changed. I took the bulbs back, unopened. "We can't take electrical components back." Unopened and he told me these were the right bulbs! Not so good on identifying parts, and a poor return policy. I won't do business with this store again.

Updated my review to a 1 star, less if I could. Never have been treated so rude and disrespected. Beware if you're a woman use caution going here. They will treat you like you're an absolute idiot and try to rip you off in the process. Will go out of my way to avoid this location.

I went to this Auto Store and my battery had died I was assured by a gentleman named Juan that assured me everything was going to be ok. He got me another battery but said I would be glad to change it out for you but I'm the only one here right now. Then the manager Lance told Juan he could change it for me. It really saved my day couldn't thank these guys enough. Again thank you so much Trish

I just want to share I went into the store at 7:10 in the morning the gentleman named Lance opened the door for me even though they don't open up till 7:30. I explained that my windshield wiper was stolen he went out and looked I guess the entire thing blade wiper everything had been stolen. He went out there and fixed it all for me. I just want to say thank you so much to him and Nikki for being so awesome!!!!
