Great visit. The front desk was very polite and helpful.The Dr. was equally pleasant and informative. He took the time to explain everything in "easy to understand" language. He even tested me to make sure I knew what I was doing when I got home.I am very thankful for the help and care.

I was having difficulties with the Nasal pillow on my Cpap. Mikil calmly and professionally demonstrated how and when I should change out this part and what to look for to make it easier.

The fitting, explanation, and training to use was excellent. I did have considerable difficulty getting to this stage -- significant issues with Medicare approval and admin -- but that's no problem with the folks that I finally met with.

Jason has helped me before with mask fitting. aways great but all your folks are wonderfully helpful. I think your Melbourne Gateway office is very happy and filled with great folks. I wish I could say the same about contacting anyone thru your very defeating telephone system. I went down there to make my apt...I could never get thru on the phone. Hope you can fix it....then you'll be just about perfect. Thank you, Cheryl Smith.
