brought my car in to the dealership and asked for a check engine diagnostic. Made an appointment over the phone for Friday at 11am. When I called Friday night to check the status of my car since I had a preexisting appointment, I was given a dumbfounded response that they were backed up and they would call Monday. Okay no big deal right? Monday roles around after I was without a car all weekend and I still get no call. I finally hear back from them on Tuesday at 11am saying what is wrong with the car. Being that they charge 205 dollars an hour in service fees and it was ridiculously priced for the repair, I declined the offer and took the car to get fixed somewhere else for much cheaper. I picked up the car and normally when I take my car in for a diagnostic the dealership or service center will tell me the diagnostic charge up front before hand or it would be no charge since many places wave it in order to get the job. I was greeted with 159 dollar fee for the diagnostic and not even handed the diagnostic check paperwork. I was very upset because you should not be pulling those charges out of thin air without notifying the customer before you do it. I had no choice but to pay it since it was already done and it almost felt like I was scammed into paying it. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. If you are not as familiar with cars, don't let them take advantage of you and especially don't let someone do a job for you without them telling you the price. That mistake was made on my end.

This dealership is SLOW the location isn’t the greatest and the two brands are not super popular but I did enjoy driving the Guilia every chance I got to, and the Silvio Alfas are exiting cars and you don’t see many of them on the road. I had a great manager too. They have a good selection of used cars too. We sold those more often than the new. -Paul Musso

gator dodge ram dealer, have no clue how to maintain a Stelvio or Giulia, had issues in factory warranty, never fixed it. They just do an oil change, you have to tell them wat to do, they don't test drive the car, no diagnostic, it's like bringing a truck to a shop

I needed and oil change for my Alfa Romeo and since I'm from out of state I always try to find an Alfa dealer. I called Fiat Of Melbourne and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and courteous. She gave me an appointment for the next morning. Upon arrival the gentleman that greeted me was very upbeat. They were able to service my car and also got a shuttle for me to get back to the place I was staying. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. My husband picked up my car the next morning, upon my request, and our overall experience was excellent. I will definitely return to Fiat of Melbourne if I'm in the area again and in need of services.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star, I called on a truck they had listed for sale and the salesman I spoke to was don. I asked him for some info on the truck and he said "oh it's a great truck, if this is the type of truck you're looking for then you're gonna love it you won't be disappointed" he also continued with that he knew the previous owner of the truck and said he took great care of it and there was nothing wrong with it. I told him I live and hour and a half away from the dealer and I'm looking for a good daily driver and he told me "fill your tank up then and come on down this truck is gonna be the nicest one you'll find for its generation of being made". I agreed and drove the hour and a half to the dealership. When I got there it only took a few minutes for don to greet us which was nice but then it all went down hill. He said "the truck is in another lot it's right down the street" so we all drive over to the location of the truck and it was a good 15-20 minute drive, not down the street at all! So now that we have arrived we start looking at the truck and everything seemed fine until we took it on a test drive. Boom bow bang bang boom bang boom is all you heard coming from the truck as soon as the tires Started rolling, I pulled out into the street and ended up on the curb because I turned the wheel and the alignment was so off that truck would not steer proper, it was completely unpredictable I was going left to right the whole time. After I fIgured out how to keep it In one lane, We pulled over and started looking at the truck and the front main bearings were all shot, all of the bed mounts were gone, and all of the struts and arms were loose. Complete waste of time and money and will never shop with this dealer again. But hey what can you say it's just part of the car business right

I considered purchasing a (used) Fiat 124 Spider for over a month. When I found one that interested me at Gator, Maryann was quick to text me more information than I asked for. I did my due diligence in both the Fiat pricing, and current values for my trade. In addition, I knew my credit score. I spent much time using payment calculators (Down payment, term, interest rates, etc.) to help me decide on a payment I felt comfortable with. I knew exactly where I wanted to be in this deal. I printed everything out for potential negotiations, and to Melbourne we went. We arrived at the dealership, pouring down rain. Barbara had the car ready for us, parked inside. I found her very friendly, informative, and in no way overbearing or pushy. Always smiling, and a nice sense of humor. She was wonderful, start to finish. She let us take the car out. After driving it, my wife gave her nod of approval, and we decided to buy it. So, off to Barbra's office we went. SO SIMPLE!! Barbara showed me her proposal. I showed her my offer. Turns out, we were only $1500 apart. I told her I was there to buy a car, and with a compromise, I would buy it. 10 minutes later, a deal we both could live with. The only variable left was the fact that I wanted to purchase an extended service contract. I had to wait until I could visit Maryann in the business office for pricing. The wait was about 30-minutes. Without having any clue as to the cost of an extended warranty, I wrote a number down on a piece of paper. *** $347 ***. I told my wife "If everything works out the way I think it should, we should be right around $347 per month in payment." In finance, Maryann helped taylor a 6-year, full-coverage warranty to my needs. She was very attentive to what I had to say and my driving needs. She showed me everything on her computer, and we compared different prices. When that was done, I asked her what my monthly payment would be. She said "Oh! $347 for 48 months", which was exactly what I had written on the paper! In about 2-hours, we were on our way home in the Spider. Thanks to both those fine women for being so honest, transparent and most of all, enjoyable to work with. So, to all of you others who could not deal here, blame yourself. There are no rude sales people. There are no nasty, low-balling sales managers. There are no scams, bait-and-switch or thousands in hidden fees. Do your homework, appraise your trade fairly, know where you stand financially. Use the tools available to you on the internet. Then come here, and make a nice deal!

I worked at a local dealership for 10 years..... Never would I ever work for this company... I have no idea how they even stay in business... Service department is never open the hours they advertise. They took my vehicle for 2 recalls. They offer no loner cars not to mention what shouldnhave taken an hour took a week. Finally get my car back and 2 days later the problem is still there. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!

Keith and Mary Ann were fantastic. In no way does this review reflect their service. Awesome folks and very helpful. Why I'm writing this review is for the simple fact that I purchased a car for almost $40,000 and less then a month later I couldn't open the door handle on the driver's side from the outside. I asked if there was anything that could be done since I lived 3 hours from the dealership (I suggested get a quote on fixing the issues from some local mechanics and having Gator pay for it). They said there was nothing they could do. No service after the sale. Less then one month later!

My experience with this dealership was positive. I bought a Guilia at a reasonable price based on my research at Edmunds and US News Cars. All negotiations were complete before going into the dealership. I have sense taken my car back for servicing and found the service manager to be personable and professional.

I do not recomend shopping this dealership. The salesperson was courteous but the sales manager is unwilling to negotiate prices at all. The price you see is the price you get. Definitely shop around as many other dealers will work hard to make you feel like family and not a number.
