Still waiting 2 weeks on this 2020 Hyundai Accent financed 5/28/24 that I had to bring back in on 6/25/24 when the check engine light came on and would barely drive, imagine coming from Vero Beach to Melbourne in HOT weather and cannot use the AC or the car will turn off! Now 2 weeks still waiting and BARELY ANY COMMUNICATION like promised. ? Have had to call to get ANY updates and after 1 week NOW "you're working on it" great communication ?
Updated 8/6/24- They lied to my face specifically JJ Ramos and their mechanic (don't remember his name) who was the owner to my 2020 Hyundai Accent that I financed on at 81,346 miles saying the car had it's original warranty still available or could bring back in within 30 days. Brought it in a couple days before those 30 days where they took forever to diagnose and were horrible with communication. Wanted $1,800 for a PART since there was NO warranty that ended at 60,000 miles (they know damn well THEY knew this information they falsified to me). Sent this horrible place a letter complaint requesting them to return my money KNOWING they would decline as the crooks they are, only to have a "Amy" who left me a condescending VM for me to have my car removed from their property since I became a "stressor" LMAO and threatened to have me charged daily for storage if not picked up within 3 days. Had my car towed to Hyundai (TY JESUS) who diagnosed that this dealership provided me with a car that had 3 recalls on which ONE OF THEM INCLUDES an issue with the TRANSMISSION, good ole RELIABLE PROFESSIONAL HYUNDAI had my issues including all recalls fixed and a NEW TRANSMISSION ✨RESOLVED WITH NO MONEY NEEDED✨! I can see why this "business" is money hungry LMAO, horrible services! ?✋S T A Y - A W A Y‼️‼️‼️‼️

they care a great used car lot they have morals and standards.old fashioned small loyal business .they are very honest and knowledgeable used car lot and are expanding as well the car lot of Brevard. try them first . the people's bargained best bang for your buck . warranties and in house finance.
