My mother had a lash appointment with Alexis, she was amazing! Very thorough, her lashes were beautifully done, she also gave her helpful tips on how to keep up with them. Definitely recommend her for lash services. Atmosphere was very welcoming, my mother loved the studio!

My customer service was beyond disappointing during my recent visit with Amazing Lash in Suntree. I initially came in for what seemed like a straightforward $89.99 lash special, only to be pressured into a $154.99 "cute" upgrade by the staff. Despite expressing my concerns as a first-time lash customer and emphasizing the urgency of the situation due to an upcoming vacation, I was assured that everything would be handled professionally.To my dismay, the technician, while friendly, left a noticeable gap in my lashes, a concern we had discussed beforehand. Distressed by the outcome, I approached the front desk seeking a resolution. Instead of empathy or a genuine desire to rectify the situation, I was met with an arrogant attitude.The front desk, particularly the more experienced staff member, callously suggested an additional $50 payment to address the problem. This unprofessional approach left me shocked and frustrated. I even proposed a more reasonable solution, requesting mascara to fill in the gap, only to be met with yet another fee.When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn't one available, and I was directed to leave a message for someone named "Liz." The dismissive attitude displayed by the front desk, coupled with contradictory statements about whether "Liz" would reach out to me or if I should contact her, only added to the already disheartening experience.Feeling defeated and on the brink of tears, I left the establishment with a heavy heart. It's disheartening that a business charging $154.99 for a service would treat a customer so poorly. As I embark on my vacation, the regret over choosing Amazing Lash for my lash needs is palpable. I strongly caution others to think twice before investing their hard-earned money in a place that seemingly values profit over customer satisfaction.

Rachel is absolutely amazing and personable! Does a great job at giving me the best tips for long lasting eye lashes and the best way to take care of them. Highly recommend.

I spent $175.00 on my lashes on October 2nd for my birthday. I kid you not my lashes were falling off the next day without being washed. They advised to buy their stupid moose cleanser which I did & I barely had lashes left by day 5. When I called them they STILL had the AUDACITY to want to charge me $30.00 for their mistake to be corrected. Don’t waste your time or money going there, they offer 0 quality or satisfaction guarantee. I’d rather keep going to a private lash tech at least I know 50% of my lashes will survive 24 hours. Trust me on this one, run from this place.Service: Permanent makeup

I am not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I really feel that I got cheated. It was my first time going to Lash Studio, but it was not my first time getting my lashes done in general. That being said, I am experienced on how to take care of my lashes. I saw the studio promoted a first time classic fill special for $79.99 and figured, why not!?I decided to get my lashes done on Saturday night, 10/7/23. Come Tuesday 10/10/23 (3 days later) I barely had any lashes left. I made sure to keep them away from water/ makes up, but kept find lose lashes on my cheeks through out the day. Today 10/11/23 (4 days later) I can count the amount of lashes I have left on both eyes, on one hand…I am so disappointed because I usually get my lashes done others places, a week prior to a vacation and have never had this issue. My vacation is coming up this Saturday 10/14/23 and by then I can confidently say I do not think I will have any lashes left with the way they have already fallen out.I hate that I have to leave this negative comment, because I want to point out that the staff and their customer service was absolutely amazing. The Studio was kept clean and my stylist was amazing! I have no complaints there. I just question the quality of the glue and the lashes the studio uses.The $79.99 first time promotion, was an opportunity to for the the studio to showcase their product to new customers and it was such a disappointment. Unfortunately, I feel that I have wasted my money and now I will be going on my vacation lash-less.

I truly enjoyed my experience at Amazing Lash Studio. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. My lashes were done by Victoria. She took the time to discuss everything with me and helped me pick the best style for me. She was extremely thorough and did a great job. My lashes look awesome!

This is the best place in Melbourne to get your lash extensions done. They consistently last over two weeks and don’t leave gobs of adhesive like other salons and nails places I have been to. You get a private room and spa like atmosphere. My refill takes less than an hour and keeps my lashes looking full year round. Love ❤️Services: Eyebrow beautification

I have been going to Amazing Lash Studio for several months now and have had a great experience at every appointment since. I'm in every 2 weeks and the staff is very friendly, welcoming. Rachel has been great all around and has helped me find what I like. She's very professional and informative in explaining and always makes sure I'm happy with my lash extensions. I would recommend her to anyone who is new to lash extensions.

I've been going here for about two months now and Alexis is well worth the master stylist upcharge. This is the first and only place I've had my lashes done but the customer service is impeccable. Alexis always double checks what I'm looking for during the visit to confirm and works remarkably quickly for the quality she puts out. She's always very polite, professional, and honest. She and the front desk staff are never pushy to upsell which allowed me to pick products from them I needed as time went on vs buying a bunch of stuff that I just didn't need due to sales pushing. Keep up the great work Alexis and the lovely ladies at the front desk.

I was a member here for about a year or so. I canceled my membership due to being pregnant and not being able to lay flat on my back for 2+ hours in order to be serviced. I canceled having 3 credits remaining on my file. When I called to schedule a manager literally said I was 4 days past the expiration date of the credits. Like are you serious? You really can’t honor something 4 days past? Not a week .. Not a month but 4 days. All they give you is a piece of paper with a date when you cancel. There is no email reminder or anything that you have credits expiring as if they hope you forget. There are many establishments who truly value their customers that send reminders that they have rewards/credits expiring. It's the least you could do if you pride yourself in customer service. I was going to restart my membership but now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Before I start, Kelly is my boyfriend: my name is Casey! I have been a client of Amazing Lash Studio since 2021. I had my favorite last stylist, Erin, who did my lashes for over a year. She moved last October, and I had not had a similar experience, since. Either my stylists wouldn’t talk to me or acknowledge me, or they made me feel unfit to be their client because of my natural lashes. (In fairness, they aren’t very easy to work with: they’re naturally very long, and hard to secure with tape! I’m a crier too, so I’m sure that’s not always easy to work with! ?)I kept coming, though, because I like having my lashes done and I have a membership. Today was the first time since Erin left that I felt like I was a M.ost V.aluable C.lient! Victoria was my stylist, and let’s just say, she is my stylist from now on!She is newer, but did an amazing job on my lashes. We had wonderful conversation, and she insisted on going a few minutes past our appointment to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. She is incredible! And, she is only going to get better and better! If you want to have an AMAZING lash experience, please do yourself a favor, and book your appointment with Victoria.I can’t wait to see her in 2 weeks! I had a great time, look forward to getting to know her more, and see how she progresses. Plus, I have so much confidence in my lashes again, because of her. Thanks, Victoria! ?????

I personally have been going to Amazing Lash for over 2 years, and have had a membership twice with them as well. Never had a bad experience, and the people have always been polite and nice to talk to. However, after tonight’s experience I will only be going back until my credits have run out. Here’s why: The last 4 months I have been paying my membership, but unfortunately with the loss of a family member, have not been able to make an appointment until the one I had today. As a result of this, I had over $400 worth of credit on my account. Tonight after my appointment ended, they said I would still owe them $30 separately due to choosing a master stylist. I found this very unfair as they already have money just sitting on my account. They refused to debit the money from what they already have. When I told the front desk girl that unfortunately I didn’t not bring any money after knowing there would be more than enough to pay for anything I chose to do, she asked me to call someone and have them give me their card number over the phone. I told her I was not going to do such thing. She then said that her manager told her that there would be a $30 balance on my account and if I did not call and make a payment on my account by 8pm tonight they would call the police. I was astounded by the belittlement and threats of police all the while there was still $275 in credit remaining on my account!!! I understand the girl at the counter was only doing what she was told, but whoever was on the other side of the phone as a manager needs to be reprimanded for the lack of not only a professional approach, but for using this girl to make threats for her. I asked her to have the manager call me if she would like to discuss the issue at hand and that should they call the police to make sure to also mention that they have had 4 months worth of my money already on the account and I would not be producing another penny out of pocket until the credits have been exhausted. Very unprofessional, to say the least. I guess we will see if the cops are involved, I’d hope this was just an ill attempt to scare me into forking out more money but I will NOT BE BULLIED.

First experiences matter! I would like to share my disappointment with Amazing Lash Studio Suntree. I want to start off by saying I appreciate that this business requested my feedback. This was my first experience at this salon. I must say I was surprised my technician was not personable. Up to the day of my appointment I had always dealt with the warm and friendly reception of anyone who answered the phone and the front desk clerks. This was my first time having lamination done. I had read on it and was very interested. The technician introduced herself and asked me a couple of important mandatory questions. After answering the questions I told the technician that I didn’t want my brows to be too dark she told that I had not added that service. I said, “oh please add it.” I don’t know if that was the moment I began to annoy her. As far as the lamination process well I guess shame on me for assuming shaping of the brows was a part of the service. When the technician was finished she handed me a mirror to see my brows. I ask her why my brows weren’t shaped? Her response was, “you didn’t add that service.” I asked her if the business does threading of brows. She told me they only do waxing in a dismissive tone. Her time with me was done! I tipped her well and proceeded to check out where I was asked to become a member. Of course I declined.My family was amused by my end result with Amazing Lash Studio Suntree. My brows served as comic relief.I will stick to the competition. They are pricey too but at no point do i ever feel like it’s about money. They make me feels like my needs matter.
