I went in this store yesterday. There were 3 associates, one appeared to be new. All spoke to me and smiled. Brooke immediately helped me with my online return and she was so pleasant. She immediately helped me find the correct size which they had in the store, brought me to a dressing room - I loved the jeans and ended up exchanging my entire order for 3 new pair of my new favorite jeans! I even bought a pair of cute PJ Snoopy pants for my hubby and a Snoopy warmer (which I had no clue about - you put him in the microwave and he warms up and releases a lavender scent). Kaitlyn told me if I opened a credit card I would get another 30% off - so I did! I literally owed another $8 when all was said and done. Kaitlyn was very informative and I cannot say enough about how both young ladies treated me. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. :)

Incredible! I made an online order and went to go pick it up when it was ready. They brought out the clothes and asked me if I wanted to try them on. I tried on all the shorts and none of them fit so they gave me bigger sizes. We were able to find substitutions for each pair of shorts if they didn't have the size, and discounted them so I was still paying the same amount as when I ordered them online. Some of these shorts were not the same ones as in my order, bc they helped me choose new ones where they had my size. The customer service here from Kaitlyn and [insert name here bc I don't know her name!] was above and beyond and I will gladly come back again! Also American eagle has some amazing jeans. Super durable, they last forever and are so cute. Also really well priced for the quality!

Had to find my granddaughter a sweatshirt favorite color blue.60 percent off.originaly 60 dollars only paid 23 for it going to be good for her winters in ohio.

I was just in the store, and there were four Associates at the desk. While I picked up some items to try on and walked back towards the fitting room, 2 of the employees looked at me and said absolutely nothing. How can you run a retail store and don't even acknowledge a customer? One continue her conversation saying that it was going to be her last day on saturday. Terrible experience and won't patronize a place that doesn't bother to speak to me.

Felt very embarrassed when I was suggested to take a look at the clothes in the back if I could find my sizel I believe plus size is in the back. Which is funny because I wear a size 10 which is like a 16 to them. Store was unorganized and the person working there wore to much cologne.
