I have to say the last manager John was not the best guy, at all, but John A is the complete opposite. He is always trying to help us out and pays attention to clients needs, and works with us with all of our concerns If you want storage with a place that cares like it’s their own, come to Ample Storage.

I’m only giving four tires at this time because I still haven’t got my garage door fixed the way I would like it, but with a new management and in place now I think that will happen very soon. I did complain about the leaking in my roof, but as soon as the new management came in, that was taken care of posthaste, so I think things are really on the up and up.

I am still waiting on my overhead garage door that I was promised in July and still have not received. That was from previous management.
But I have not heard back from this management regarding when this door that has been ordered will be installed.
I last spoke to someone on 9/16 2025. You were still waiting on an answer from the garage door company.
So it has again been a week with no update.

I go here a really lot. It's super fun. Sometimes I go here just to read in a peaceful environment. If you rent a storage facility on the workshop side of the facility you could absolutely go into that expecting to find a little community over there where you could make friends. It's an older facility but the manager is excellent and willing to work with you if you have problems. It's definitely the overall best place to rent a unit in this town. And also, that facility has a lot of history in town. You can hear some awesome stories about ample storage

Management is rude and disrespectful. The customer does not deserve to be screamed at, humiliated, and cussed at. I was. I'll never give this place a good recommendation.

I did everything over the phone. The person (John) was extremely helpful. When I arrived to see my unit he was extremely cordial and professional. The unit was clean and the price was exactly as quoted. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

The manager or owner not sure which one he is but he is awesome. My husband forgot to put the lock back on our unit so one of the employees put one in it until we came back to our storage unit. Ample storage is awesome ABOVE AND BEYOND EXSPECTATIONS
