This Amscot location is really great. Very friendly people and the service is quick and fast once you get going. There are a lot of options for things in here... money orders, bill pay, all kinds of stuff. Ryan helped me today and he told me even more stuff about my account that I wasn't told before. I am super happy for the heads up and he was really nice, friendly, and helpful. The manager was also very helpful. Actually they all are very nice people. A+ service!!

The two women in this place are horrible. They were talking about customers and laughing when people only would be approved for little amounts. This place needs investigated. The customer service was just disgusting, even being rude to elderly women.

Today, after 36 years of age, this is the worst encounter I have ever had, and the worst place I have ever entered. I am so sorry that I entered the space that I even felt like I wanted to punish myself. I came to the space at 10:00 am and said that I urgently need to borrow $250 for Friday, April 4th because I needed to complete the payment for a house. For proof, I had the bank statement on my phone. They said that I should go get it from the bank. After I brought the statement, after 3 hours I heard that I qualified for $100. I said no, it's $250. I need it. I said okay, 200. It's like a bunch of kids in the office who have no respect for people who are wasting people's time. All I have to say is thank you.

I went to New Haven Amscot where Ms. Dorothy helped me. There was an issue with the account that prevented me from moving forward with a cash advance and when I tell you she did everything she could to help me I mean that. I was ready to walk out in tears and she saved the day! I am so very grateful and appreciative for Ms. Dorothy. Whatever you need she is the one to get the job done!
