I am utterly shocked and disappointed about your employee Angela. My wife is deaf in one ear and could not hear the lady behind the counter. My wife asking me what she was saying. Even I was having a hard time hearing. The lady speaks softly.
However, Angela took it too far. She had no right treating anyone like she just did. My wife left a job because she was attacked. She had to find another job. She kept you up to date. There was no need. My wife was humiliated and just wanted her I'd back to come back when the gentleman are working. She has never had a problem.
Angela if you see this: what if you were deaf? The way you treated my wife is acceptable behavior?

I came in on Sunday to talk to someone because I have a loan I can't pay in until I get my fist check. I could not hear the lady through the glass and Angela came over and started screaming at me like I was her child mocking me. Telling me I better be glad she was trying to help me. I couldn't hear her and kept asking my husband to tell me what the lady who was helping me was saying. There is glass between us and I am deaf in one ear. Not only was I humbling myself to tell you I couldn't pay the loan today I had to have your employee treat me like garbage. She was screaming at me like a child. I was a happy customer but you guys are not supposed to treat anyone like this. I am not a drug addict, I got attacked at my job and was scared to return. Regardless I have kept you up to date with every change. I did not start my job until the Friday.

I have used Amscot on many occasions and in general the staff is top notch, but I must say that Angi went above and beyond to answer my questions in a patient and detailed manner; all the while sporting a kind smile. She made me feel like a valued customer and that is extremely rare in the field of customer service. It is refreshing to do business with a company that employs efficient, intelligent and professional employees!
