Two problems two separate times with two separate pets. They are all about quantity and not quality. My frenchie sat in a cage for 8.5 hours and was not neutered and nose fixed as planned because someone called out sick and they don’t have a back up plan. Their front desk lacks proper communication! Clueless. My other frenchie went into labor and they were open but sent me to emergency vet 9 miles further. Got there and that vet said why are you here and not at your vet. We called the vet back and another person answered and said bring her right in. By the time I got back a dead puppy was hanging out of her and my mom dog was grey where she is normally pink on nose and ears. They saved her and we went home with 3 of 5 puppies. I will never trust them again! Beware! I have emailed them and their responses are ALL fluff and excuses. 14 doctors and multiple locations and no processes it back up plans in place. $!$!$!$Go someplace else!

Mom has been bringing her dogs to this vet for the past 25-plus years. They are very kind and attentive. In emergencies, we have been able to get a same day apt

Has long been our vet for 5 dogs and 3 cats over time. Always a friendly staff who explain everything in detail and are willing to help in any way they can. We often also board our dogs here when going out of town and there's never been an issue.

I brought my dog Chauncey here on Tuesday regarding some allergy/skin issues he’s been having. Chauncey has always been an excited, rambunctious dog. I always worry about bringing him into public places for this reason. He was so excited to meet new people and the staff here was so kind, warm and understanding of his excited energy. He’s a big dog so it can be hard to control sometimes but they helped me so much. Even when it came time to pay, a nice gentleman who worked there helped me by taking him off my hands and holding his leash. Ironically, that was the first time Chauncey sat still in the entire appointment ? It was a relief to have them be so helpful and sweet about it. They sent us home with shampoo, conditioner and medication to give Chauncey until we come back in 2 weeks. It’s Thursday now and I already see such a huge change in Chauncey’s skin and behavior. His skin irritation was making him depressed and he’s finally eager to play again. His coat feels the softest it’s felt in months. I finally feel like I can take a deep breath for him. I’m looking forward to coming back to discuss long-term options to treat his skin allergies. Thank you AMC for being so good to our Chauncey boy!

Our normal veterinarian recommended Animal Medical Clinic on Babcock since our boxer, Otto, needed more help than they could provide. Everyone from the woman at the front desk who checked up in/out to Dr. Klimas who evaluated Otto, were very kind, informative, answered our questions, and took very good care of our baby. I will definitely keep going here.

I brought my 12 year old Miniature Schnauzer in for a dental consultation. She shakes like a leaf anytime we go to the vet. Dr. Long was great and conducted the exam around my dog's stress to help minimize it. I chose to schedule the dental procedure with Dr. Long because he was the first vet out of 4, that addressed the same concerns that I had regarding the procedure and risk factors. I scheduled my appointment and arenow on the waiting list. Thank you for seeing MK!

Dr. Rodriguez is by far the best vet we have taken our dogs to. She is very informative and you can tell she genuinely cares about what is best for your pet. We have four dogs, one of which is not a fan of the vet at all. I was very impressed by how seamlessly Dr. Rodriguez and her vet tech were able to handle him. Highly recommend!

What type of vet office would tell you, “Your dog doesn’t need an X-ray. It’s a soft tissue injury”? This one! Most vets try to nickel and dime you and give you unneeded services. It’s the first vet I’ve seen that is hands-on every time. They try to find the issue instead of giving you options to spend more money. That’s why this vet office is so successful. This goes to show that integrity is the best platform of a successful business. Keep it up!

Honestly, let me start by saying I am so glad that people have had a positive experience here. However, I have not. This may be long so if you want to keep reading please go for it. For over a year at this point I have non-stop thought about the situation that my cat who was 3 years old went through. I never comment, rate, or even usually complain about anything but I feel so strong about what happened and I feel the need to spread awareness so here is my story. My cat was not eating, it went on a couple days so I actually posted on next door and asked who a good vet was and AMC was recommended. I heard about how good they are and efficient and I had 100% high hopes they could figure out what was going on with my fur baby. I was scheduled the same day which I appreciated because I was SO worried as any other pet parent would be. I went in and saw one of the vets who seemed so nice and so sure she could help my cat. We started out with blood work, and keeping her over night to see if she would eat or drink. I went late the next day to pick her up to which the vet informed me she still wouldn’t eat, she drank a little bit and she thinks…THINKS it is inflammation of her stomach. I don’t know how because I 100% made sure my baby was taken care of the best possible way. She was prescribed medication for inflammation and an antibiotic. I knew something wasn’t right with her still and informed the vet and asked if they could watch her again to which they replied no and I was told if something happens go to the ER over night. I brought my cat home and within the next 2 hours (maybe less) she started bleeding blood clots, I mean HUGE blood clots from her private areas. She was pale, couldn’t move- literally dying in front of me… I called the ER on Eau Gallie as soon as this happened and rushed her there. The woman at the ER took her right back and I saw the vet a while after and was informed my cat was not good at all and even HE did not understand why they did not take her again over night in such a bad condition or even offer additional testing. The ER vet did everything they could but I ended up losing my baby around 3 am… I can’t wrap my head around AMC . I just can’t. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t take the time to help her or instruct me sooner to take her to the ER. I asked the next day for the vets office visit note and literally read with my own eyes that Dr. Kaufman noticed before I picked her up that she had bloody stool and she “hopes this is just from” a medication she was on. I would do anything to get my cat back, at the end of the day she is family and if this was their family member I would hope their doctors wouldn’t just assume bloody stool is from a medicine and brush it off. I really hope someone read this review and I pray they do better for these poor animals, unfortunately they just couldn’t do better for mine.

We've been going to Animal Medical for over 15 years...wouldn't dream of taking my fur children anywhere else!My senior cat was having some real trouble, and Kelly worked some magic and brought us in just a few hours later. Dr Bernard took great care of our beloved cat and was ever-so-patient, answering many questions as we weighed treatment options. We love our pets immensely, and they deserve the care of a top-notch practice like AMC. ??

The vets are good. Dr. Bliss is awesome. it's the management of the staff and the HR person that need work. they treat the techs, assts, and kennel attendants like lesser beings. the manager of the receptionists was the kennel manager and she is awful. horrible place to work. a few vets are good but or the most art they are high priced and not worth it.

Went for x-rays of my Doberman's elbows, and hips. They were recommended by my vet for OFA certification x-rays. They promptly gave me an appointment. Everyone was very nice to myself, as well as Bella. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to AMC for over 25 years. I wouldn’t go any place else. Dr. Carraway is also the best!
