Stay away! The former manager quoted me prices and discounts which were never reflected on my bill. I’ve been to the store multiple times and things are always “being escalated “ but never fixed. That manager is gone and the new manager is trying to fix things but she isn’t much better. The new manager said she would call with an update every week but didn’t call. Then I went back to the store and spoke to her again- she started calling but only for two weeks and stopped calling with updates again. They eventually denied all of my claims at the store and even through corporate. I tried to work with them for a year but in then end they didn’t complete their part of the bargain to the tune of $530(phone and watch). Buyer beware- don’t trust them- if it isn’t on paper they are going to steal from you. The “automatic discounts on promotions” don’t always work. I finally switched to a new phone provider and I am done with these horrible people forever.

I made a mistake and took my new iPad and iPhone there bcuz all my data from my iPhone app (Notes) were missing and were now on my newly purchased iPad. The technician worked on transferring it from my iPad back to my iPhone and said it would all be transferred in 24-48 hrs. At this point all of the items I had stored in my notes for 5-6yrs had disappeared from the iPad and the phone. The next day I was in damn panic mode. I returned to the store and the technician was off and no one could do anything. 3-4 days later I returned and got the same answer and that I should got to or call an Apple Store. The next day I drove to Orlando to an Apple Store, the Apple Tech deleted everything from the IPad and restored it back to March 2024 a backup date and everything was restored including my lost data from my Notes ! He then airdropped the notes from my iPad to my iPhone . And problem was solved in 15mins. The lesson was I should have never taken an Apple product to AT&T for tech support and also the AT&T Tech should have made that recommendation at the start !
