Be careful at this store they lie. Went to this store to upgrade my current phone to a iPhone 16e. They told me in order to get the current promo of 5.99 a month you have to also buy a pair of AirPods ($250.00) to get the deal. They said it is a bundle. I later found out from a different ATT store that this is not true. Glad I went to a different store and got the 16e for 5.99 with no bundle BS.

Tyler is extremely polite and efficient. I was greater immediately and Tyler solved my problem in seconds. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service

Staff are very friendly and helpful!!! We had a problem with Apple Watch cellular, Tyler fixed it in no time! Store is clean and organized. Highly recommend to visit this AT&T store in Melbourne!
We used to go to the one at Indian Harbour which we had terrible experience.
