I loved visiting the AT&T store in Melbourne Square. We spoke to Rois (the AT&T Sales Associate). She provided very good and clear information regarding their intenet and the phones plans. Rois spoke English for me and Spanish for my wife. Love it!

I went to this store with a broken phone and I was taken care of by Kaylee and Royce. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was taken care of in a very timely fashion. I will definitely be coming back to do more business. Great job AT&T.

Not sure who helped us but they were not honest with us and lied to make a sale on their end. We originally came in to cancel our Internet because our bill was way too high. We had mentioned what spectrum offered us and the girl working there recommended changing the Wi-Fi plan and that it would be $20 cheaper on our end which would have only been $10 more than what spectrum had offered us so we decided to stay with AT&T to not deal with the hassle of switching. She then said it would take a bill cycle or two to make a difference and it has now been two months later and the Wi-Fi that they switched us to is actually more expensive and we are getting less. Talked with employees at another store and they said whoever changed our Internet plan was an idiot and not honest and disclosing charges and should have never told us it would be cheaper. Hire some honest employees, not one looking to rob others to make a dollar. We now have an even higher bill to pay than we did before that we certainly can’t afford due to one of your employees lying. We would like someone to make it right and credit our account and fix this issue and maybe honor the price of the Internet she said it would be in the first place.

Made fraudulent charges on my account. Opened a fake account in my name. Then when I went there I had to call the cops. And still didn't get the help needed. However I am in the process of pressing charges. It is now 11-22-24 still can't get a manager on the phone. Put on hold and hung up on ever time
