Vaun & staff were efficient and professional. Walked us through the phone changing process quickly and advised us on all changes to the account. It's great to deal with knowledgeable people that are able to get things done quickly.

I will never go back to this store again they are about commission and not there customers supervisor cant do anything for you they say come back when the lady that made your transaction came back she wasn't there am not happy with this store as I am long time customer and get treated like I'm stupid oh and thanks for ripping me off

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but these folks earned it. When I walked in there were a few people in front of me. The 2 employees Vaun and Lauren immediately called in a 3rd employee. As they got to me there was only one person behind me. The recent arriving tech immediately went about helping the remaining person and Vaun and Lauren “tag teamed” assisting me. Their diligence and teamwork was impressive and despite the fact that I had several rather complex hardware AND software issues, they prioritized and got them fixed. I have been in the customer service business for 40 years and it is refreshing to encounter people who still maintain the rare combination of technical skill, work ethic, passion for their job and the ability to engage with people at a comfortable level. These were a couple of the best I’ve seen in ages.
