As a longtime AT&T customer, I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had regarding a canceled (June 12)order #3214622488 placed through this retail location on June 9, 2025. Over a month has passed, yet the device still appears on my account. Despite never receiving the iPad, I continue to receive emails warning that I’ll be charged $499 if it’s not returned—by July 12 2025 date.
According to FedEx tracking, the iPad was delivered to this store and signed for by an employee. Yet AT&T Business claims they haven’t received it. The lack of coordination between AT&T’s retail and business divisions is frustrating and unacceptable. It's unreasonable that I, the customer, am left stuck in the middle of AT&T’s internal inefficiencies.
I’m still waiting for this store to do its part and be responsiable, return the device to AT&T Business. Until then, the issue remains unresolved on my account.
My recommendation? Avoid the retail stores and shop directly on att.com. The in-store customer service has been disappointing, communication is poor, and clearly, someone here has dropped the ball. AT&T—your service model needs a serious overhaul.

The team in the Viera has been customer focused and provided superior service each of the 3-4 times we’ve been in the store in the be past year. Today (7/10) is most recent and Brian did an exceptional job helping me with a tricky and time sensitive telephone number transition. His professionalism and patience to get to a solution in an expeditious timeframe was key to a successful conclusion, and very happy customer. Thanks for an outstanding job well done!

No at&t help at all
They want you to call AT&T,
So if you go there trying to fix a problem with yout AT&T accounts ,
It won’t happen.
No customer service. Worst AT&T I have ever walked in to.

Store Manager Jill has gone above and beyond the call of duty taking my husband and me through new phone set ups. Her professionalism, knowledge and patience has made a process which seemed arduous to us, a pleasure. AT&&T has a treasure in her.

I didn't have to wait too long to get a service rep. They were all busy helping other customers. But I came in with a problem with a cracked 13 Pro Max and walked out with a be improved phone plan and an upgraded phone to a 15 Pro Max. Customer Service is always 100000 when I come here.

AT &T at The Avenues was very busy but they efficiently worked with all the customers and we were given lots of information and I ordered a new phone so excited for the help!!!

BLUF: Came for an upgrade on a line, ended up upgrading services all together. Switched 6 lines to Verizon because of their mistake and since they are an authorized reseller they can’t correct what they did. I would keep a close eye on what they do on your behalf before you sign anything or ask for their help since not even the manager cant do anything to correct anything reserved online. Not sure if it was because of profiling but I decided to no longer keep AT&T all together .

Mike was great! Answered all our questions on multiple accounts, pre-ordered the phone I came in to pre-order; told us how to save money on our accounts; informed us about other big sales going on and let us see products we were interested in. He was great and patient and spent lots of time with us, helping us out. He gave just the right amount of encouragement to purchase products we were considering but was not pushy or annoyed when we said we would think about it. We got his number for future purchases.

Brian and the store manager were extremely helpful with upgrading our phones and trying to lower our phone bills. Even though he was still going through training Brian was extremely knowledgeable and the store manager was very kind and patient explaining everything to us. All in all it was a great experience!
