Joe was very knowledgeable and informative with all of my questions. He also recommended certain new products he thought could be useful for me. He even informed me how much it would cost if I added a new line for my daughter. He recommended a watch because I was concerned about her losing a phone. He compared certain deals/packages that were available to me so I'd get the best price. He set up my new phone, transferred my data, and put it in the new case expeditiously. He's truly an ideal sales representative.

The waiting time to see a representative was a little long and when I got a screen protector on my new iPhone 15 Pro Max which I upgraded from a iPhone 13 Pro Max today it is already cracked and I didn’t drop it or anything. I will now have to go back in to have the screen protector replaced. I just got the phone on Saturday 28 October and today is only 29 October. Usually screen protectors last longer than this before needing to be replaced.

Shout out to Collin in the Viera, FL location. I saw him walk over to a woman of a certain age who seemed to be waiting for someone to volunteer his services. He intro'd himself with a smile and worked with her through all her questions, actually picking out accessories she asked for instead of trying to upsell based upon assumed ignorance of the woman. In the end, it was quite a profitable sale for him due to his sheer kind patience and a thorough knowledge of his product. I saw both a happy customer and a happy salesman at the end of their transaction. Rare.

I came in to turn in my old iPhone. Service was great! Bryan was who helped me out and he was friendly, educated, and extremely helpful. He sold me on a screen protector for my new iPhone 15 Pro and told me about how if you get your screen protector through AT&T that it can be replaced at anytime for only $8 each time! Great deal! He even educated my boyfriend and me about what it would cost getting on the same phone plan together. I went in for one thing, and ended up walking out super happy and educated about everything AT&T had to offer. I definitely will have Bryan help me out with all my AT&T needs from here on out!

I had the worse experience at this location. There are very rude, I was humiliated they made fun of me because I told them that customer service on the phone gave me a great promotion and they were literally laughing at me telling me I was delirious if I thought I was going to get that price. I showed the e-mail to the manager so he could see I was not crazy or delirious! He said well you better call them because I cannot give you that but never apologized for the way the other salesman treated me. On top of that I ask them for the iPhone 15 pro ask them if they had it on stock they said yes! So I was doing everything to do a trade in and at the end the manager tells me sure you will be switched once the phone arrives.. I said what!!! The sales person told me is here the sales person got nervous and sai o sorry is not in stock!!! After 1 hour!!! So upset they shall not test their customers like that!

Bryan was so friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable! We had to go twice & he remembered everything and picked it right back up I was amazed and so glad he helped me with my account! He also speaks more than one language English & Spanish! Ask for Bryan next time you go to Att&t highly recommend! :)

Called due to receiving an error code when trying to transfer data. The male that answered didn’t even wait to hear my error and said “you just need to go to Apple”. I replied I wouldn’t be going to Apple and was told by the sales associate I had just seen 30 min prior to call. He told me “don’t get angry or upset” to which I replied “do not patronize me”. He said “i can patronize you don’t worry about that” I asked his name several times and he said continually “don’t worry about it” and hung up on me. I called back and the same male answered. I asked to speak with someone else since he just hung up on me and he responded “it’s called transferring not hanging up” (I was never transferred the phone call was ended). He then transferred me at that point. Great way to treat customers ATT. The fix was simply turning the Wi-Fi on, it’s a shame your employee couldn’t take more than 4 seconds to listen to me.

Don’t trade your phone in! It’s a scam and I’m surprised this policy is even legal. ATT gives you a monthly credit for your trade-in, which reduces the monthly bill for your new phone. What they don’t tell you is that if you pay the phone off early, the credit for your trade-in is lost. I traded in an IPhone 12 Pro Max which was worth at least $800 at the time of trade in. If I pay my phone off now, I will have only received $120 for that phone.

I went into this store for help with my bill all the reps were busy and the store manager Matt didnt want to help me he asked if I could come back later so I did and he still didnt want to help me I think he is racist because as i was leaving another couple walked in white couple he helped them with no problem! I was amazed but oh well I left att because of him and not coming back
