Honestly had the best experience with John Conrad from sales. We did most of the process over the phone since I lived a few hours, but when I arrived it was so smooth. We did a test drive and from the time I worked and the time I walked out with my new car was under 2 hours. John was super helpful and friendly and I absolutely loved his gift with the purchase. I mean who doesn't love a tumbler! Will definitely come back down the road when I need a new car.

Service Dept is not Trustworthy. They quoted me $325 to reset my MMI & Bluetooth, top off low oil, and diagnose a SOS Warning light on our 2021 A6. After the inspection they quoted a $700 SOS battery replacement and a $9,000 water pump replacement.....$10k since my Audi was 500-miles out of warranty.
-The part counter quoted me $80 for the SOS battery, so the shop wanted $600 in labor. I bought the battery from another dealer for $50 and bought a VCDS for $90 to clear the warning code after replacement. Replacing the battery took 20-minutes (remove truck liner and cover, replace battery, reinstall) and another 5-minutes to clear the code....all under an hour.....so this shops want $600/hour for service work? AWEFUL!
-The water pump issue they claimed was that it was flooding my vacuum lines, which they priced to replace too. I pulled the part schematic from the Audi parts counter and found there are no vacuum line connections on primary nor the secondary pump....what they quoted makes no sense! A second opinion from a notable local Euro-Auto shop yielded there was no leakage and no pressure issues on either of the two pumps, and no vacuum line connections at all. I feel like Audi Melbourne was very dishonest.
-Lastly, they charged the $325, but all I got was a car wash. They did not reset the MMI/Bluetooth, and they did not top off the oil.
*TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL.....so while we were shopping for a used Jeep Rubicon 392 and saw this dealer had one, we did not even entertain looking at it nor test driving it, so their poor service department professionalism resulted in the sales team missing out on our $60k next car purchase.

While my wife was driving our Audi S6, the engine light illuminated. I reached out to Audi of Melbourne and they promptly scheduled an appointment. My wife waited in the showroom as the service team quickly identified the problem and sourced the required part. The service writer kept me informed throughout the process, clearly explaining the issue and repair to both my wife and me. They completed the work efficiently, returning my wife's t car to the road within an hour and a half. Given her upcoming weekend travel plans, this swift resolution was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Audi of Melbourne was outstanding.

Always a positive experience at Audi Melbourne. The staff are polite, welcoming and efficient. The facility is clean with coffee and goodies available for clients. I also never feel pressured, which is a positive in any car dealership!
