Best store ever... is you need a gift for any ocasion, believe doesn't care is a birthday, anniversary, sweet 16, mother's day, valentine's etc etc you always going to find amazing products, great quality and is you download the app can get so manny promotions that it's almost impossible to believe.! Darell up at the front was literally my hero tonight! I really appreciate how patient and just how efficient he was. I know that it can’t be easy with the holidays and all the different personalities they must deal with every day. He was just super professional and did his best to help me out. I come here pretty often and the past few times have been so disappointing…I felt entirely ignored by most the staff and the manager seems extremely rude not just to costumers but employees too. The only time i’ve had good costumer service is when Danielle and Kayla are there.

The cashier refused to give me a bag for the items I bought, I wanted to put them in a gift I bought for a friend at another store, she heard me speaking in Spanish on the phone and started yelling at me that I don't speak Spanish, I had to leave with the items in hand, what a lack of respect, I didn't go to the store for the discounts, I bought it because I needed the product, check your customer service better.
