Philippe was great! Both car fobs had been dropped and damaged. I couldn't see myself driving 20 miles to the dealer. Even though they don't advertise fob repair. Philippe was able to fix them both. He made our day! Many thanks.

Our latest visit - associate Steven D. was absolutely OUTSTANDING. We needed specific batteries, and he went far out of his way to ensure we got what was needed, and installed. Customer service far beyond any we've experienced in -years-.
We absolutely will patronize them again.

My boyfriend's phone was stuck on 1% and wouldn't charge. We brought it in and the employees really helped us. They are kind, honest, and to the point. They didn't try to up sale other services and they ended up finding the most affordable solution in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Advise against using for iPhone work. Took my iPhone X in for screen replacement today (cracked screen). When I went to pick it up I noticed that the screen fitment was not the same - screen was not flush with phone. Screen interface didn't work - couldn't open phone with swipe. Tech tried another screen. While he was working on it I asked why he wasn't using an ESD wrist strap. He just pointed to an ESD mat he was working on. I mentioned that doesn't protect from static from him - he just ignored me. Second screen didn't work either. Had him put the cracked screen back on & left. Hopefully no other damage from poor third-party parts, but I won't make this mistake again. Go to Apple Store for repairs.
