The carpets all throughout are absolutely disgusting stains and dirt it was nasty. Bathrooms were clean and changing rooms were clean alot of clothes on the floor from displays that have not been kept up from sloppy customers .
Very friendly people working here.
Good prices.

This place is so messy and dirty, it’s disgusting. I don’t think it’s been vacuumed in years, and I’m not exaggerating. I would be ashamed if I were the store manager (and would vacuum the place myself if it came down to it). The fitting rooms smelled like dirty feet and smelly dog, with inch thick dust on the sides, bent open safety pins, and just GRIME. The carpet was littered with crumbs, trash, threads and tags and dirt all over the store. So unpleasant to shop, every rack and table was a disaster as well.

Belk is a great southern chain department store. They have been around for a gazillion years. Good quality clothing and great helpful employees. If they don't have it they will assist with ordering from their ample web site

Clothes and sale prices are 5 stars. Went there mid-morning and was able to use a dressing room for 1 outfit. I found a different outfit to try on in 3 mins and the fitting rooms were closed, no associate was kind enough to say anything. There were at least 3 in the section. So we had to locate another fitting room across the store. The woman at the register was kind and provided great service but as far as other associates on the floor, it was the equivalent to Walmart.

I love Belks but in Viera they close at 7pm! That's awful! They need to stay open until 9pm.

Store is fine but will never buy online again. To get a free return you must take item back to store within 14 days of purchase. Since items are sent through normal USPS there’s 2days used up. So now I have less than 10 days to drive to nearest store, which is not close, to return item. Or send it back through USPS which will cost $10.95. Not a good return policy.

Was my first time shopping at this store. Was so shocked about the large section of clothes for each department of men's, women, and children. Nice shoes and home section. Great prices, nice clearance area. Employees were nice and helpful.
